Assign workflow controllers via roles
Typically there are many different workflows where for example the Accounting users should be workflow controllers so that they can keep an eye on everyone's tasks. It would be very helpful to be able to assign a Role in to be the workflow controllers so that User Management becomes much easier with staff changes...

Maybe it is even possible to assign a controller just to certain tasks/steps in the workflow

Maintain Monitoring rights I agree should be included in the users group. Having to update this at the level it is today is very time consuming and seems it can be improved to be better for the end users.

This is a constant issue. I echo Jan's comment. Where there are multiple workflows, this becomes a hassle to maintain the Controllers who Monitor workflows in AP.
