    Die Anfrage ist zwar schon etwas älter, die Anforderung ist mir aber immer wieder mal begegnet. Jetzt habe ich die Anforderung wieder als kritisch für den Einsatz in einem Szenario erhalten. Der User soll als NICHT Beteiligter eines Workflows mit einem Stempel eine Workflow Aufgabe beeinflussen. Dies kann ich realisieren, muss aber dann auf dem Dokument kenntlich machen, was der Indexwert vor Anbringen des Stempels war. Deshalb möchte ich den bestehenden Indexwert in den Stempel übernehmen, um den Wert dann auf dem Dokument sichtbar zu machen. Im Workflow Stempel geht das, ich benötige das aber als "normalen" Stempel.

    Das Thema wird in anderen Formen hier auch immer wieder angesprochen, vielleicht sollte die Entwicklung da nochmal drauf schauen. Wir haben diese Anforderung auch.

    Wir gleichen die User aus dem AD ab. bei mehreren hundert Usern ist es nahezu unmöglich, die Vertretungsregeln manuell zu pflegen und die Fluktuation im Auge zu behalten. Eine Regelung über eine Datenbank, AD, LDAP oder zur not ein Stammdatenarchiv würde helfen, die Administration zu erleichtern, auch in Hinblick auf ungeplante Abwesenheiten

    Ich schließe mich Herrn Haiss an, wobei das wieder ein eigenes Thema sein könnte, wir haben exakt denselben Kundenwunsch, dass der User der den Workflow per Stempel initiiert als Controller berechtigt wird. Das geht ja bei den Ad hoc Workflows auch.

    Auch für unsere Kunden aktuell, da beispielsweise bei der Kontierung nur die Kontonummer an das Buchungssystem übertragen wird, aber niemand den Kontenplan wirklich im Kopf hat. Gleiches bei Kostenstellen, Mandantennummern etc.
