Access Rights
Access Rights to be determined in relation to layers on the document. Take the case of a document with bank details on it. Allow certain users to see Layer with bank details. Redact the bank details on layer 2 and give other users access to that. I can see this being beneficial for a number of different objectives

Thank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

It would be helpful if the visibility of annotation levels could be switched off for some users - without the user being able to unlock the annotation levels himself via the viewer settings.

include in this the ability to control the annotation rights for each layer. example: the accountants can edit the annotations on layer 2 but the users can only view/hide those annotations so they can't mess around with annotations the accountants have added
