  1. Optionally restrict the model space per cabinet and / or document type

    When documents are imported into an intelligent indexing tray and the option for restricting the model space per cabinet and / or document type is configured, intelligent indexing should only take already processed documents into account, which are from the same cabinet (as the cabinet defined for the tray) and /or documents, which have the same document type as preset by the import configuration, respecitvely.

  2. Autofill table is appearing when not filling in table

    As you can see in the screenshot this autofill option is appearing constantly and is annoying for some users, due to this i would like a way to be able to turn this off if possible

  3. Intelligent Indexing Stand Alone Service

    Create a stand alone module for intelligent indexing, allowing for documents in a folder to be ingested, read/processed/indexed as usual, and drop the image + csv resulting from the process into an output folder. Charge by volume of documents processed.

  4. Add overwrite feature to Intelligent Indexing.

    If a user has to manually correct a field that Intelligent Indexing got wrong, Intelligent Indexing than starts entering the manually typed value on many subsequent documents.

    We need the ability to have an override feature like in a tax software program.

    Currently users have to go ahead and store the document with erroneous index values, then remember to go back and fix them later.

  5. Invoice date

    Only the invoice date from intelligent indexing should be processed not the created on date. It has taken up a lot of my time going in and changing this for almost everything when our system crashed.

  6. Intellignet index recognize negative numbers with parenthesis

    I would like to suggest that Intelligent Indexing and point and click indexing recognize number with in parenthesis as negative numbers.

  7. Differentiate the document type "invoice" and "credit note"

    We want to differentiate the document type "invoice" and "credit note" to generate different accounting writing in accounting software
