Add the ability to link select lists to an index field of a File Cabinet in Forms
In Forms, select lists available are only the ones "manually" created as "single column" or "multiple columns".
It would be great to allow select lists based on an index field in a File Cabinet. For Example : select list based on an index named "Customer" in a dedicated File cabinet, which could be updated/populated via other datas' assignments in a WF, after sending the Form.
This way the select list would be always up to date, with no need to add manually a new entry in the "fixed" select list or update any csv file or FTP file as well.…2 votes -
Allow the ability to set column size in Result or List result dialogs for all users
Allow the ability to set column size in Result or List result dialogs for all users. Today all users need to adjust column size to fit data across the screen. My clients would like to have those set to the optimum width when the dialogs is created.

Creating lists of users within groups/roles.
We need to be able to create lists of users within a role or group.
In on premise systems it is possible to make a query to generate such lists. On the cloud, SQL statements being disabled (!), this is not possible.
These lists would make it possible to have a dynamic list of users without needing support tables to be maintained manually.4 votes -
Use of different Sending Mail Services in Workflow
I suggest to implement the feature which let you choose between diffrent "sending mail services" within the workflow "send e-mail" option

Assign a Result list to a tray to manage the field display and viewing
Not enough info when using the List view.
Admin should be able to assign a Result list to the tray instead of just using the default that is given.Reduces the need to open the document.

Web Forms: Possibility to add tables
It will be great if we had the possibility of adding tables to web forms and also indexing them to an existing table database field.

Web Forms: Auto number to increase when the form is submitted, not opened
The auto number used in a web form increases every time the form is opened, not submitted. I was expecting to be increased every time the form gets submitted, as we use the auto number to identify the form.

Limit which AD users are synced to the DW Cloud
Currently when you choose which OU to sync from using the User Synchronization utility, the tool will bring in all users of that OU. Instead, the tool should only import the users who are mapped to a DocuWare group. This should work in the same manner that user synchronization works for on-prem systems. It is not uncommon that it is required to point at the top level OU to get the users that we want even though we do not want all users.

Can something be done with the "fixed Text" function of the Form Designer?
It is almost impossible to change font size consistently. The spacing and line breaks are always off when pasting text.

Ability to take advantage of Microsoft SQL 2019 database encryption
We have sensitive documents inside DocuWare (HR, etc). Microsoft SQL 2019 offers database encryption. Currently DocuWare does not support this encryption. We feel this with the File Cabinet encryption currently in DocuWare would work great together. This would allowing for secure file cabinets, data, and documents.

In the workflow designer when you use an Email Action, you should be able to specify a reply to address.

Allow usage of different SMTP Configuration in Workflows
You can create multiple SMTP Configurations but you cannot select different ones in workflow email tasks, you should be able to from a dropdown select which configuration you wish to use for that task, or at a workflow level select it as well.

Auto Fill fields by using multi-coloumn Auswahllisten
Scenario:
4 Entry Fields in Form - three mandatory, one optional. Optional can be filled by choosing en entry from multi-coloumn Auswahlliste.-> Fill the three mandatory fields with other entries from the Auswahlliste, when non-mandatory field is picked by user.
Example:
Public form to drop a onsite report.
Customer, Customer No. and Onsite Order Number are mandatory, transaction no. is optional.
Transaction No. is linked with the other information in an Auswahlliste.User can now manually enter the three mandatory infos, or by entering the correct Transaction No, the fields are autofilled.

Allow search inside workflow designer.
Allow search of keywords inside designer. It is very difficult to find where you may need to make changes to steps, dialogs or assignments in the workflow designer. This is especially true in large workflows. You should have the ability to search the entire workflow canvas for terms to easily isolate and change activities. Additionally, it would be useful to have a code view or code export to allow for better debugging and visibility into the workflow activity without having to use the GUI for all development.

connect to outlook exclude a extension
It will be really important to exclude the extensions of the files you would like to exclude. For example, if you do not want to upload '.docx' files, it will be very important.

Related documents also with table fields
In table fields I can store information on delivery notes, orders, etc..
This information can be duplicated if these are documents from the accounts payable cycle.
For this reason I need to store the number and date of the document to be linked to the invoice.
But it is not possible to create a document relationship config based on a table field.
This would in my opinion be a great functionality to implement.7 votes -
Add a "Clear Form" option / button
With the newly added auto populating of selective select list fields. The potential for an error that can not be remedied is evident. If an auto populated field is read only for example, even if you change the initially selected field via X and new drop down selection, it does not correct the other fields.
