  1. Move or delete documents with Workflow Manager

    Allow option in Workflow Tasks boxes to move and/or delete documents. Often documents need to be worked on separately in another area.

  2. Include the ability to access a particular Branding configuration in a DocuSign workflow

    In DocuSign it's possible to configure different "Brands" so you can send documents for signature with different company logos. It would be nice if we could specify the Brand ID we want to use in the integration workflow. This is already available in the DocuSign API but it would be nice to have in the DW published service as it is so much simpler to use than the DocuSign API.

  4. Add a table variable to workflow designer

    A table variable is very usefull. For now we have to create a table field index to work with in WF. That's not a good workaround and lack flexibility.

  5. Provide permanent deletion tickbox within Deletion Policy

    I suggest a tick box in the Deletion Policy configuration to bypass the recycle bin and permanently delete documents. This is especially important for Cloud customers since the consumed archive space will only be released after the final deletion of documents (a manual process if executed before the 30 days) and also because it can take up to 4 hours to see the actual storage reduction. I can see other reasons why this feature would be leveraged: customers running low on archive space who may want to delete a large quantity of documents, engineers wanting to repopulate a cabinet, etc.

  6. Allow multi-column lists to be used in stamps

    When assigning a multi-column list to a stamp value, it only selects the first value that shows up in the list instead of displaying all columns that may exist. It would be nice to allow multi-column lists in stamps to be displayed and searched on.

  7. Document Processing General Email

    In Email from Outlook it is possible to configure a document processing, it would be great to be able to do the same while using General EMail configuration.
    As many users do not use anymore Outlook but Google solution or other webmail

  8. The "Overwrite previous field data with this stamp" does not work for hidden field on the "Store Dialog".

    If applying the stamp beforehand the pre-index data will not change if the field is hidden and has a default value.

    Please improve it so that the index can be updated by stamp even if it is hidden and custom value is set on Store Dialog.

  9. Disable document lock for parallel task also for Cloud customer

    In some processes, tasks can be assigned to different departments.
    The problem is that many users cannot work on the same task at the same time.
    This is frustrating if several users have tasks to perform and cannot do so because another user has the task selected but is not working on it.
    Another example, a background workflow may need to update fields but cannot because the task is blocked by the user.
    This problem has been solved for on premise systems.
    I suggest making it possible for cloud customers as well.

  10. Add Keyword support for Result List

    Add the ability to show keyword fields in result lists. Today we use workflows to trigger when the keyword fields change to then export the keyword values to a comma separated list into a Text field. We then display that text field in the result list. This creates a lot of extra processing on the docuware side to keep that text field updated. If we had a way to show the keyword in the result list (where we pick the separator) it would remove all this complexity.

  11. Have the ability to add tabel field rows

    Would be benificail to have tabels fields be able to add and multiple rows for entering line items

    for example, you enter line item Unite cost and the quanity and have the total calculate under a 3rd column fpor the total cost of item..

  12. Parallels tasks

    Workflow designer is not able to create parallels tasks in a workflow. The parallel task activity is not designed to create differents parrallels tasks.
    We use multiple workflows to do that but there is no way to have data exchanges between these workflows (except using indexes, but it's not very convenient). Do you plan to enable parallelization in workflow designer ?

  13. Update option for preconfigured solutions

    A possibility to update from an older version of a preconfigured solution to a current version would be very helpful. Currently, the new features advertised in the DocuWare UserInfo have to be recreated in the old version of the preconfigured solution with a lot of effort. At some point it probably makes sense to make the move to a current version.

  14. Multi Column Select Lists - Define which column is the stored value

    In a multi-column select list, these are used as "Helpers" for the user to select a value from an SQL DB. If the user types the name from the first column, we want to provide five other columns to help them identify which one they want, things like address, active/inactive etc. I want to be able to allow them to select the one they want BUT only return or store when indexing the value in the 4th column, for Vendor ID and not the name they searched by in column 1.
    In short - Would like to have definable columns…

  15. User Management - Configurable Org Units

    We have almost 200 users in DWare and would like additional fields available to each user account that can be used as org units or filtering when managing user accounts. I really want to add Dept and workgroup as additional sorting and filtering on the USER MGT PAGE. If you extended either ROLE or GROUP that already exist, that would be OK but really looking for labeling and filtering on that page.

  16. Cloud Storage Status Page

    We use DWare across multiple business units within the organization and as such need the ability to drill into storage use BY CABINET and not simply for our overall account. We use this data to track performance and for dept chargebacks and forecasting when business changes impact storage use.

  19. A sync log feature that only logs the failed doc ids and not anything else

    Add a user-friendly feature for the sync logs only to get the doc ids for the failed documents. Debug mode seems to get the doc ids; however, it can pick up on other errors that may make it difficult to find only the failed doc ids. If there's a way only to get the failed doc ids, that'll make it easier for the end user.
