See field "stored-on" in Viewer
Currently I can filter on "stored-on" in the viewer but I cannot see the field.

Integration with Validsign or some other product to sign documenten directly from Docuware
In many organisation signing of a document is essential. A simple stamp or simple signature is not enough. There are many third party applications than can do this, but much better if it's done from within Docuware. This is the place where you have you documents.

Ability to staple mixed type documents
We would like the ability to staple documents that are of mixed type. In the past I believe the system allowed this (for example, stapling a pdf and Word doc). Currently, only pdfs can be stapled; mixed types can only be clipped.

In this area, nothing has been changed. Different file types can only be clipped, not stapled. -
Web Form date fields to allow other formats to cater for UK / Australia
When configuring / filling in a webform date fields are currently formatted in US date format.
Can we please have the ability to set UK/AU format, or even better, ddmmmyy format to cover all (07JUL17)

The date fields always display in the region format that is set up in the DocuWare Client. If the DocuWare Client is set to UK/AU format it should also behave the same in a form. If you never opened the DocuWare Client in this browser the form will use the format that corresponds to the region of the language setup in the browser. -
document tray quota
Document Tray quota has been removed, making it impossible to up a quota limit on trays before this change. Please add this back into the cloud.
1 voteDocument Tray quota is not removed, it is only hidden as first sight. Just click on “More options” in the document tray configuration.

Request for changes on linked lists
We would like to make an evolution request that would allow for greater comfort in entering storage forms by automatically filling in a field with a list linked to another field and offering a single value.

With upcoming version 7.6, the forms module will support "Multi Column Select Lists". This means:
- Assign multi-column-select-lists to dropdowns
- configure filters between dropdowns
- autofill a dropdown in case filtering leads to only one remaining value

Form validation options
As far as I know there is no way to validate field values within the form as the user fills out each field.
If you map a FC field to a form field, shouldn't it enforce the same validations that are required on the FC field and provide immediate feedback to the person filling out the form?

Editable Form
We would like to have editable Forms. For example I send a vacation request, but I made a mistake and want to change my request, and so on...

display the (actual) total number of docs returned
If your search contains a large number of documents returned, you will likely get a random value with a "+" next to it. If my results list should return 105,922 documents, I should see 105,922. What is listed is 3816+

create a way to make the pdf that was created from a form uneditable.
I currently have a workflow that starts with a form - the document created by the form then gets stamped and emailed out. I can merge layers so the stamps are on the document that gets emailed out but the content from the form is still editable.

The PDF can be “flattened” so it won’t be editable. -
Have the ability to specify the default document size in the viewer.
Would like to have the ability to specify the default viewing size for a folder. Resizing the view window doesn't change the default 8.5 x 11 default size. When displaying greenbar reports or other text documents, the default 8.5 x 11 size causes the report to word wrap and makes it almost unreadable.

Do not include read only indexes from workflow form on stamp.
Displaying instructions and read only index fields on the form is convenient, but when using a stamp these fields are included in the stamp making the stamp too large. The values haven’t changed and don’t need to be in the stamp.

Allow sequencing of indexes in window
When I am in a workflow task and click the 'Show index entries' tool in the tool box, the list of indexes in the resulting box only shows indexes that are populated for this document they are also read only. This is nice. However, the sequence of the indexes in the window is random. I need to be able to control the sequence of the indexes for better usability.

Index dialog is editable and sorted like specified in the default result list for the file cabinet. -
DocuWare List Idea.
Allows user to set a LIST to auto Delete all Documents at the End of a Day.
The reason is, we use a List for "Check-In" Documents and Sometimes a patient might not fill them out properly and staff will forget to delete them.. This would just make the Task List a lot more cleaner if this option existed.

You can use a deletion workflow for this. There you can define specific index entries and then the documents can be deleted on a schedule .

Ability to add graphical annotations
Currently there is no way to add an image as an annotation.

Default image for
Apply a default image for supported files types that would otherwise have a blank page. E.g. ZIP files have nothing to display but if the ZIP logo was shown on the page it's a quick visual check.
Similarly we store (dot).license files. These are license files for a product we sell and again the stored document is blank. I'd like to display a logo which again is a quick visual check. As this file extension is not supported we'd like to be able to add "custom" file types also.

When not in field edit mode allow point and shoot to copy data to computer buffer memory
When you are just viewing the image, since you are not in edit mode on the fields, point and shoot currently does nothing even though it appears you can highlight text.
Why not allow that action to copy the text to the buffer for pasting into any other app?
