search folders
Folders is a great concept, but when you have a lot of folders it does not work. If you could conduct a search of the folders then get a list of the folders that contain that search - that would be really nice.

We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

Even if the root folder level would work with a read ahead from the DB where if I start typing it would reduce the number of items on the screen, this would make it easier and I would not have to set up smaller root folder assignments like A-C a& D-F which then have to be maintained to keep continuity.

We have the same complaint / request. Folders are useless when we have 10000+ of them, and no way to filter. Yes, I've tried using the windows explorer search on the DW explorer, and it's hit an miss (waiting 5 minutes for it to fail half the time is not a usable option).

You can search using the standard search in windows explorer.
