Watermarking of documents
Would like the possibility of setting DocuWare so any/chosen documents that are downloaded/printed/emailed contain a customisable watermark with the companies name/logo

Watermark should have the company's name and username who printed/emailed/downloaded the document. This should be applicable to both Web Browser and MobileApp.
Watermark should also appear on the document when opening it on the DW Viewer. This option should be turned on or off by the system admin for all users. -

I currently have the same need, in the client you want the moment you print the entire document add watermark without manual interaction from the users

I have this same requeriment from a government customer in Latin America. It would be nice to have this feature added for future releases, or at least have the option to add some kind of stamps automatically to every page of a document that has been recently uploaded to a file cabinet.

It could be part of the printer configuration.

Thank you Mr.McGlynn for your interesting idea. We will have to see and wait how many other customers would benefit from such a feature.
