Be able to AND OR "New documents" "modifed Index Enteries" under Trigger Condition
Under Trigger Condition, you can only select "New documents or modified index entries". I would be nice to be able to change that to "New documents and modified index entries".

Basically the option is just like you describe. And the term “or” is also correct, because you cannot have a new document that also has changed index entries.

Sorry, the Trigger Condition I'm talking about is under Email Notifications.
