  1. Stop workflow from Workflow Designer "Active Instance" tab

    Please add the option to stop the workflow in this tab, We only have Continue option; this may lead to an infinite loop

  2. Stop workflow from workflow designer Waiting Instances tab

    In Workflow designer, there is an option to stop a workflow from "Active Instances" tab, why is the same is not available in the "Waiting Instances" tab. We only have Continue Action. this may lead to infinite loop sometimes as you continue, condition is not fulfilled in the workflow and come back to Waiting Instance.

    Allow Group selection when assigning users to an email. Also nice if it worked the same way as Task Assignment where you can select all in the group, or specific users in the group.

    Ability to store a memo in a variable so you could set a termplate of email in html in a memo and call it from a workflow to a variable to use it.

    Currently only the Organization Admin is able to Export Workflows. When we have a team working with different file cabinets and different stages of development, it would be helpful to be able to assign the user to be able to export workflows and share their work.

  7. Allow to get/copy Task URL Link from Web Client manually

    Currently we only get Task URL from workflow activity.
    But if we want to remind the task to the user's local email, we need to get the URL link.

  9. Ability to design texts shown in a WFM stamp

    In some cases, if you show the texts of a keyword, the text grow width. It causes the stamp is few pleasant visibly. The config should be such the old stamps where you can enter a return of line for each element.

  10. Add option to choose which result list workflow emails with document links use, instead of default result list only

    When you "add link to document" from a workflow email node, that link will only and always use the default result list which is not always ideal.

  11. Add possibility to put "Fixed, Index,.." as parameter of a Webservice (not only global variables)

    When we are in the WorkFlow we can call a webservice. Currently, we could only put 'global variable' as parameter of the webservice. It will be very helpfull to be able to put other type like 'Fixed value', arithmetics, indexes,... (like when we are in assignation box for exemple). Somes webservices needs a lot of parameters, most of time it's just a fix parameters like name, ect. When you have many and many parameters to put, it's long to have to declare each parameter as global variable for just put a fixed value, just in order to put it on…

  14. Configurar a nivel de WF que los formularios de fusión puedan ser bloqueados para evitar su modificación

    Contar con la posibilidad que los formularios de fusión puedan ser bloqueados por medio de WF, para evitar su modificación, esto ayudara mucho para el envio automatico de información a clientes, sin la posibilidad de que puedan modificar el PDF enviado, y a la misma vez que algún usuario modifique el documento dentro del repositorio.

    Sería muy útil habilitar una especie de consola del sistema, abierta permanentemente a usuario, donde nos apareciera un aviso de la aparición de nuevas tareas en el sistema. Una especie de "cartel" con indicación de nuevas tareas pendients

  16. Change yellow color on worfklow

    Yellow is worthless in a workflow, which means we are even more limited on color choices. Please either give us more color choices, or change yellow to something darker like Orange, that can be read when stamped on a doc in the workflow. Yellow just cannot be seen at all.

  18. Have the ability to click on a user and have an option to turn on or off e-mail notifications for workflow steps

    Example: Click on user Jon Doe and it will show every workflow and step that gets assigned to him. Then give me the option to send email for the step.

  19. Automatic positioning of workflow stamps from the end of the document/page

    Currently, when a workflow stamps is configured to be placed on the document automatically when processing a step, the stamp is positioned in the first clear area big enough from the top left corner of the document.

    This often leads to documents being stamped next to the address... it would be more natural to position the stamp at the first clear area from the bottom of the document.

    There should be a configuration in the stamp to allow for automatic stamping "from the end of the first page" or "from the end of the document" or "from the top of…

  20. Add an error message for a worflow while a document is open

    Currently, When a document is open in research and it's running in a workflow, the workflow don't update the data because the document is locked. We would like to know if you can change this in a future update by adding a error message to avoid the task will be in general error or by stopping the workflow when he encounter this situation.
