Stamping multiple documents in a single step be restored to the web client
Stamping of multiple documents/pages were available in the Windows client. We have a customer with a urgent need for this feature in the web client after using this in the Windows client

Print DocuWare User Name on Printed Document
it would be great if we have an option in the result list function to print document with users name.
when the user want to print document after searching an option to print document with his /her name on it.

Place Hoders for Signatures
When opening a document that needs stamping/signing, it would be great if stamp go automatically go to a predefined location on the document (signature field).

Link documents manually
Add a function to link manually two or more documents. We have a lot documents from different areas (Finance, Sales, Production etc.) but for the same product (movie trailer etc.). We want to search for the Trailer and want to see all documents about it.
All the documents itself are indexed in docuware. Clipping is not a solution, because all the documents are indexed in the System.16 votesThank you for your idea. Allow drag and drop to Outlook e-mails for sending documents
I get a lot of requests from users that would like the option to drag and drop documents from the DocuWare webclient (i.e. from a search result) directly into an Outlook e-mail.
Currently, the only option is to right click and Send by E-mail. However this option creates a new, empty, e-mail and freezes up the whole Outlook client until the e-mail is sent. This renders our users unable to respond to document requests or to attach documents into ongoing conversations - which is the case most of the time when a document is needed.

Right now, there is no possibility to change this behavior. DocuWare is using a system functionality from Windows to send an email. Outlook is blocking access to the main window when using this system functionality.

Stamp locations
My idea would be to have the option with Tasklist to be able to set a specific location on a document for the a stamp to be placed automatically. Individual stamp configuration would be idea. Mobile clients don't seem to be able to get the stamp in the same spot as the web client.

See the progress of fulltext index for all file cabinets
You can access full text status in the admin tool. Give the ability to see a list of cabinet status in one view with a % of file cabinet that has been indexed.

Printing database information from webclient
The administration allow to define a header to be printed with database information. But this only works with Windows Client. In 6.5 only webviewer is available and working with document from URL or Webservice or other cause to display them always in Web Client. It is urgent that this functionnality become available in web environment.

Add ability for the DW admin to log off users.
More frequently we are receiving support calls from clients unable to login because a license is not available. Sometimes it's because users closed their browser and failed to Log Out of DW first. Other times, because a generic login is used and they are not sure who is actually logged in. In the DW administration tool you can see who is still logged in, but it would be helpful to be able to click their username and force a logout and immediately close the session from that same screen. Thank you for your consideration.

Cast Autoindex fields to change datatypes
There are many times that a datatype needs to be converted to a different one. INT to VARCHAR etc - This should be a choice in Autoindex per field not just the creation on a new SQL view or using Workflow Manager

Remove preceding/trailing/in-between spaces in Store dialog fields
We having issues with certain fields (eg VAT numbers) in Intellix Store Dialog, these fields are used in conjunction with Filtered Select Lists.
Problem is - different companies write VAT fields different ways:

123456789
GB 123 4567 89
which is completely break our filtered select lists, since we query customer CRM for that VAT number, where all of it kept uniform, like:
123456789We need ability to format post-Intellix fields in store dialogs - remove spaces, or certain characters using Regex or just list of characters to be removed, like:

Color coding or flagging items in the Task List for higher priorities
It would be nice if we had the ability to either color code or flag items in the task list if they have a higher priority than others. This would make them more noticeable for the people working the lists and not allow them to get lost in the mass amounts of work to be done.

A store dialog with only pre-indexing option in Web Client
A store dialog with only pre-indexing option is not working when you try to use this dialog with a document in the web basket.
this option was available with previous releases 5.1 C SP1&SP2,
We would like to see this feature returned starting v6.1 and above
To figure out the need of this option,this is an example of production environment:

Create a mass delete within the "temp" document tray due to the fact if you have an issue during import all the files get placed there.

merge layers in a workflow
add an option to be able to merge layers as part of a workflow so I don't have to create a task for someone to manually click the 'merge layers' button.

"Edit" button after check-out/check-in
In Docuware WebClient is some inconsistency.
User can "edit" document from search view/task lists, however after even once check-out/check-in to be able to edit the document user must always use the check-out/check-in. After check-out/check-in "Edit" button from view/task lists becomes inactive.
Please to add "Edit" functionality in the search view/task lists when document was checked-out/checked-in.

Use File Name during Edit the same way as in Download
The name of the file exported from DocuWare should be consistent whether using Download, Send, or Edit.
Currently, when I select to edit a document, it opens the originally stored file name. However, selecting Send or Download will result in the document name / file name defined by the index.
This can cause confusion if you have several documents that are copies of a template document even though their document name is different, the file name used during "Edit" remains the original.

show the number of documents in a tray in the tab of the tray next to the name
In the tab that contains the name of tray it would be an improvement if it also contained the number of documents in that tray.

Intelligent Indexing & Select Lists
Intelligent Indexing and Select Lists needs to be linked in some way.
Currently when using intelligent indexing with something like Supplier Name as a select List only field it will pick up the customer name from the invoice but not match this name to the name in the select list. This then stops us from being able to store the document automatically.
If the field is a select list only field, some way on linking the customer names to what Intel Index finds would be great.
