Be able to suppress "Please Complete My Profile" bubble without filling all fields
in 6.11, users now see "Please Complete My Profile" every time they log in. Please add a way for the admin to remove this pop up. The user shouldn't be forced to add their name, email and salutation if they do not want to.

Allow us to create dynamic store dialogues
I think it would be great if you could allow us to create dynamic store dialogues which could alter their layout depending on the document type chosen (or any other pre defined field for that matter).
For example, lets define a "key" field of a file cabinet store dialogue and lets say its the "document type" and we also give this a predefined select list. Then we may have many other fields of this cabinet but not all of these other fields may relate to each of the possible document types. It would be very useful and help guide the…

Restore the ability to Attach, Delete, or Skip when pre-indexing
Previous versions of DocuWare (Windows Client) allowed the user to essentially staple pages to a document when in the Storage Mask. The user would select a group of documents from a Basket and drag them to a store dialog, and click the pre-indexing check box. When clicked, this would enable three new buttons, Attach, Delete and Skip. This allowed the user to construct documents by attaching, deleting or skipping pages while indexing, without having to go back to a basket or tray. Allow the 'Create Data Record' option available in the web client to also be available in Workflow Manager
Allow the Assign Data activity to create data records in a file cabinet. Two use cases where this might be useful; the posting of GL records for invoices, where invoices are in one cabinet and GL records in another as a 1 to many relationship. And the prepopulating of index data for documents that may be added later, such as a PO for an Invoice or a Shipping Manifest or BoL.

Customize the CSV export from the DocuWare WebClient
It would be great if we the admins or even the users can customize the order and the fields that are displayed when they use the export to CSV file option in DocuWare.
As of right now it is showing all the fields that the user has access to. and the order is also not the same as the task list/result list the user is looking at.

Move document trays configuration to User Management
Add a tab for Document Trays in User management so it is consolidated in one place. This would make managing document tray permissions much easier.

Print selected pages option
Add ability to print or email selected pages or page range. Currently the only option is to print the entire document or the page loaded in the viewer.

Make Emailing a Doc Available Without the Desktop Apps
I install a LOT of DW Desktop Apps only to get the Email a Document function. Would be great to have this made a part of the base web client experience. I would expect that there are probably some pretty good technical considerations to something like this, but would really be great. The web client is just so nice, and adding this functionality would allow a very large group of users to be fully functional with no local installs.

That´s why we need a local application to download the document and then attaching the document to the email.

Ability to type in multiple index entries to a keyword field at once
There should be a way to add multiple entries separated by a delimiter when adding entries to a keyword field. Currently you have to add them one by one hitting the + in between. This is horrible for the user when they have 50 plus entries. There are ways to do this in the background with a comma delimited load file so there should be a way to do this via the Web Client.

Expand the Keep Entries dialog to the field level so that users can store multiple documents of similar type
It looks like DocuWare 6.6 allows users to Keep Entries in the Windows Explorer store dialog in a way that the File Name field changes with each file. The web client does not function in the same way (i.e. if Keep Entries is checked, then all fields will be remain the same. Could you make Keep Entries more modular/precise by having a check box next to each field so that users could choose which entries they want to keep and which they'd like to input different values? Ability to e sign documents with Adobe Sign
Like DocuSign and VIDSigner integration, Docuware must have an integration with Adobe Sign. It's a big esignature provider in the world and a lot of customers have a subscription with they and they don't want change of provider. We've lost a lot of bussiness for this reason.

Make the highlighter tool like the one in Word or Google Docs.
The current highlighter tool covers up the word it is highlighting to much. Also it should not be a freestyle highlighter, but used like that in Word or Google Docs.

Allow the user to see differences in the document between versions
The users I'm working with need to see where are the differences between two versions of the same document. Would it be any way to implement something like the diff command ?

Direct Access to Files Within a Document
The current version of Docuware relies on PDF file structures but there are a great number of clients that have TIFF and DWTIFF images that are all each treated as a single clipped file in a Document. This creates a big problem for the users who wish to go directly to an image within a file with a large number of pages.
There are 2 solutions both of which I think need to be applied to Docuware as they both solve multiple problems.

User-name Watemarks when viewing sensitive documents
for the documents that are deemed sensitive and are not allowed to be printed, downloaded or shared in any matter, it would be nice to have also a watermark of the username that is viewing the document printed on the document itself such that, if leaked by using a phone or other capturing device, it can be retraced to the user.

move to document tray
Need the possibility to move documents to basket/document tray. Move document out of filecabinet.
