  2. Change the logo of webclient with the logo of the client´s company

    Hello, we need to change the logo of DocuWare on webclient with a customized logo client's mark. We can be change this on OnPremis Docuware but we need to do this on cloud systems. A lot of clients apply for this changes.

  3. Allow Connect to mail to ignore small signature images

    When using the Connect to mail feature, I used to be able to ignore image files less than a certain size, so images that are in signature did not import into the document. This option is no longer available, so the signature image is now part of the document. Removing them is cumbersome when you are importing thousands of documents weekly into a document tray.

  4. Remember the last view settings

    Please save the last view settings for users, and not choose the default every single time we access screens like forms, document processing, file cabinets, indexing etc... its a simple tweak that could save millions of clics!

  5. Always show ALL fields of a dialog in the document processing module

    Abitily to index fields in the document processing module, even if the store dialog chosen has them hidden. This works perfectly like this when indexing forms.

  8. Add a logout button for internal forms.

    When a user opens a form on their mobile they are asked to login but from then on if they do not clear their cookies they are automatically logged in. I would like the option to add a log out button in order to close the session.

    this way by forcing a login we can do 2 things one secure the form when on a mobile, and two we can pre-fill the username from the login in a required field which can then be used in DW to generate workflows once it is in the cabinet. It also facilitates the…

  9. Workflow Designer - Add Attachment as task completion option

    Create an option for attachment of documents to existing workflow manager for completion of task and have the document staple to the current file. Ex; Attach a shipping document to a PO for verification.

    Currently the option to clip documents to it and moving the workflow is an option, but am having it requested that an attachment HAS to be placed before proceeding.

  11. Add a control to manage the 'Name' column in the folder view

    In the Folder view there is a 'Name' column which is populated with the file name of the document that's been stored.
    This 'Name' field isn't listed in the filing cabinet as a database field and you can't seem to be able to hide it or control it in any way.
    Could this be added to the index values as a database field so it can be controlled and maybe utilised in some way, or potentially changed or set when storing documents either via an API call or manually.

  12. Allow Search Dialogs to be configured for select list only

    We currently have an implementation with an external multi-column select list and we have implemented this in several store and search dialogs and we have setup filtering on the columns of the select list in these dialogs. In Store dialogs we have " The user can only use entries from the select list to set the field" option to force users to perform data entry / indexing only using the filtered select list values.   13. SmartConnect Dual Monitor Engine - Target Window Functionality

    While using SmartSearch within SmartConnect (via button, readout area, and anchor), it would be helpful if DocuWare could recognize the targeted window, and not rely on anchor data to correctly read out a certain index value.

    This would allow centralized buttons and remove the need for DocuWare to render buttons which may slow down one's system, or even spawn rouge buttons.

  15. allow for notifications to be sent on a timer as a group, rather than being sent individually

    Every time a document gets assigned to a user a notification is sent to the user. Some users can end up getting hundreds of email notifications daily. Would be great if the notifications could be held and sent on a timer as a single email.

  16. Automatically change label names when you change a database field name

    Currently, when you change the name of a database field, the dialogs all keep the old field name as a "Label". This forces me to go into every dialog (including result list and index dialogs) and erase the label so that it matches the new field name.

    When I'm changing a database field name, it is because a customer wants the field name to change everywhere.

  17. enable Conditions in Workflow to behave more like Select Case statements than If...Else statements

    In one of our workflows, we have three possible conditions that could be present

    Let's say these are A, B, and C.

    The only way I can describe the logic about what is and what could be is to draw from my programming background.

    Workflow only lets us set up the logic that it might look like this:

    If Condition = A Then
    ... (A's actions)
    Else
    ... If Condition = B Then
    ... (B's actions)
    ...Else
    ...... If Condition= C Then
    ......... (C's actions)
    ...... Else
    ......... (other conditions)

  18. Add Portrait and Landscape options on Forms. If the lines are too wide they are compressed to fit into the portrait format.

    Thank you for your idea. Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.

    But one notice on that: Try using landscape merge forms to receive a document in landscape format.

  19. Number Group Limit

    Setting a number group limit would be nice to keep track of page numbers on a fixed form.

    For example, setting a number group to start at 1, having a limit of 5, would work like this:
