Field Numbering in DocuWare Workflow Designer
Add numbering to the fields in Workflow Designer "Assign Data" steps. If I have 200 fields and I get an error on my workflow on one of them, say field 100, I need to count all fields manually to get to line 100 instead of looking at the line numbers on the side.

Storage - Have access to the list of users and roles
When storing, be able to enter the value of a field using a list of users filtered by role or group

I SUGGEST THAT YOU THAT YOU PARAMETER EXTRACTION LISTS OF USERS WITH THE ROLES OF EACH
obtain a .CSV file with user information (Last name/First name/email) and whether their account is active or not, as well as the roles assigned to them.

Allow Sorting when pulling data to tablefield
When pulling rows into a table field using the adopt all rows in a fixed order, you should be able to set an order using an order by clause in the sql statement. Examples includes po lines items where you should be able to pull in the details order by the po line number.

Additional fields for users
Integrate additional fields for users in administrative management, such as their manager, department or position. Allow these fields to be used in index profiles to filter documents.

Using admin define Stamps only
Using the docuware (www.docuware.com) ECM the admin define some Stamps intended to update indexes.
Can i prevent users from creating his own Stamps? and also using these personal stamps to update indexes ?
The users must only use the admin defined stamps, and not stamps defined by his own user into the configurations section.
I try to remove the Set Stamp option from a function profile, but the all the Stamps was affected even the ones expected to work (the user admin defined stamps).

have the ability to display the first and last name of users and not their username when using the "Send Request" function:
For big organizations like banks we have a very large number of users. for example, I am currently working on a DocuWare project with 500 users in the short term and it will be 2000 users in the medium term. given the number, the customert uses the employee number as a username. it would be desirable to offer the ability to display the first and last names of people and not their username.

Consolidating "Like" data from Table field into Export Tool
Ability to consolidate information that contains the same information in a table for export:
For example:
Table
Item # GL Code Location Amount
1234 5000.10 103 100.00
2345 5010.20 105 200.00
1234 4102.20 103 100.00
1234 5000.10 103 300.00The Export would be the following:
1234 5000.10 103 400.00
2345 5010.20 105 200.00
1234 4102.20 103 100.00As you can see, there were 2 rows that contained the same Item #, GL Code, and Location....so we combined them to 1 row for the Export and added the Total Amount.
Is this possible?

An ability to let people be able to sign documents without stamp on Mobile App
A index field or a way for a person to sign an invoice or any document on the mobile app without having to use the stamp option

Change standard permission profile names on Cloud
In some cases, the names of imported cabinet profiles use different terminology or are based on a different language than what the users would prefer. The ability to change these names could be useful to these users.

Ability to use Roles instead of hard-coded user names in workflow designer's tasks validation
In workflow task validation (data input validation condition) use of Roles should be added currently (V7.5) only hard-coded user names can be specified so if the user needs to be removed or added (because employees change), it creates a new version of workflow and that causes issue because the change is only effective for new documents and not effective for the existing ones.

Using html email including global variable from a technical filecabinet to be able to manage a preconfigured solution
We need to store in a memo the HTML body of an email designed for a customer in a technical filecabinet to be able to easily deploy a preconfigured solution without the need to edit a workflow.

Ability for Azure AD User Sync not to overwrite usernames once they have been manually adjusted
In User Sync V2 Tool, which is the only available option for user synchronization in DocuWare Cloud, when synchronizing the users with Azure Cloud, you can only use the UNP and the EmailPrefix for usernames in DocuWare. Those two attributes contain the same data and are not at all user-friendly options for usernames to work with. When you adjust the usernames manually to get usable usernames in DocuWare, the next time the Sync job runs all the usernames are being overwritten. Overwriting the usernames practically does not allow using anything other for username in DocuWare apart from the e-mail prefix.…

Signature Web Service - DocuSign - Ability to send multiple documents for an enveloppe to multiple signees
The signature web service allow to send a document to multiple signee or to send multiple sections to one signee. There is no way to send multiple sections of a document to multiple signees or even better, to send multiple documents (differents DocIds) to multiple signees. DocuSign can do that, why the DocuWare signature web service does not allow this ?

Have a box to permenant delete right from delete & transfer configurations
When using Transfer to send documents to another cabinet and deleting from the original, all the delete ones go to the recycle bin. This can look like a massive number of documents are deleted and make it hard to find the other user deleted documents. There should be a choice in the transfer and delete configurations where, if checked, it will not send them to the recycle bin.

Keywords should be fully supported in autoindexing and document relations -- "Contained by" operator
As of writing, keyword fields seem to only be half-heartedly supported by DocuWare.
One of the biggest issues with keyword fields is that we have a "Contains" operator that can be used in autoindexing and document relations, yet we don't have a "Contained by" operator. This means that while we can include a related document that has a keyword which contains a text field in our starting document, it is impossible to make the inverse document relation, where a starting document matches its keyword field against other documents' text fields. Keep first page field data for entire batch when additional split by doctype
It would be great to have a check box in Document Processing in the Split on section that says keep fiest page data. This way for back file scanning a first page with the bulk if the field data for a personnel file can be created and then additional split sheets can be created for just the document type. So one batch scan would file an entire employees file but break it into doctype with all the field data from the first page.

Expand the SQL scripting window in the Deletion policy.
Expand the SQL scripting window in the Deletion policy. This should be easy to make the dialog box expandable via a code change and not fixed size. Seems like this was just an oversight.
