    Das stimmt wohl. Es ist in Version 7.2 immer noch sehr umständlich.
    Aber hier ist die Funktion des direkten Schreibens aus einer Globalen Variable in ein "Einfügebereich auf dem Dokument" nun gegeben.
    Andersherum allerdings leider noch nicht. D.h. wenn bereits im Forms-Dokument Daten in ein beliebiges Feld eingegeben wurden, diese jedoch nicht direkt in ein Indexfeld geschrieben werden (ich lege ja nicht zu jedem möglichen Feld das ich einmalig in einem Formular verwende auch ein Indexfeld an), kann ich den Inhalt nicht im Workflow als Zieltyp in eine Globale Variable übergeben, so dass ich mit den Daten des vorausgefüllten Dokuments weiter arbeiten kann.

    Das ist wirklich ärgerlich. Ich stehe hier nun wieder teilweise am Anfang, da mein Formular und die Daten die hier noch weiter eingetragen werden sollen über den Workflow nun wieder manuell eingetragen werden müssen.
    Das muss sich auf jeden Fall schnellstmöglich ändern!! Immerhin kostete diese Tool einiges (bei On-Premis) und sollte dementsprechend auch weiter vorangetrieben werden.
