Select List only in Stamps
In 6.9 the ability to limit entries to Select List only in Stamps was taken away. For example, if you have an Assign To stamp, you cannot limit entries in the stamp to only usernames. Users can now type whatever they like in the Assign To field in the stamp. This could lead to Invoices assigned to 'John' instead of 'JSmith'. This would lead to Invoices dropping out of the workflow.

Set the Width of the Store dialog in Web Client
It would be nice to be able to widen the Store dialog since the Name starts with the File Cabinet Name and then the Store Dialog Name. The Light bulb icon helps, but seeing the name would help more

Be able to create URL's for searches and/or documents.
So an example is we keep our policy and procedures in Docuware. It would be nice to have a URL that would open the Policy and Procedure search window. We could put this URL link on our Intranet page. The same principal would be to go straight to a document in Docuware from a URL so certain manuals we could basically have an HTML page as an index page and clicking the links would take the user straight to the document.

It'd be very helpful and nice if we can just upload the RO's that scanned to our desktop to the docuware site.
I'd like to be able to export RO's that were accidentally scanned to my desktop into docuware. A drag and drop feature would be super helpful in this matter. There are three people that scan from one computer and right now we have 225 RO's sitting on my desktop that could be uploaded or imported to the system.

Stop Text Entry At Max Length On Keyword Field In Stamp
We are currently running Docuware 6.7. We have a stamp that uses a keyword field, which is limited to a maximum of 20 characters. The dialog box does not stop the user from typing more than 20 characters or notify them in any way that their text will be truncated, but, of course, when they set the stamp, the text is truncated. My users insist that this was not the case prior to our upgrade to 6.7, but that in the previous version, the dialog box stopped the user from entering more than 20 characters. Can we get this previous…

Ability to Force Selective Select List
Currently when storing, you cannot force the Filter box to be active.
It would be good to be able to force the Filter checkbox to be active on either specific dialogs, or all dialogs.
The only way to force values from selective select list is Validation, but Validation does not control the select list dropdown, only rejects back choices.1 voteThank you for your contribution. Your idea is already available in the product.

Please add server features to the web client!
When we worked in the server version, we were able to check out files, staple them, and check them back in. Now that we're on the web client, we can only copy files. This leaves us with an unreasonable number of duplicate files.
We're also unable to deskew the majority of pages. We type on many of our files, so we need to be able to straighten them, or they may be rejected by the state and federal agencies that we work with.
Please incorporate checking out and deskewing any page into the web client!

Be able to AND OR "New documents" "modifed Index Enteries" under Trigger Condition
Under Trigger Condition, you can only select "New documents or modified index entries". I would be nice to be able to change that to "New documents and modified index entries".

Advanced sorting in workflow
simple sorting functionality is not working in the task windows - this makes processing extremely difficult.

Opportunity to create custom date/number formatting for different languages and countries.
For example, in Denmark the dates are showed with the day first, followed by the month and then year.

Co-Editing documents
Docuware needs to activate editing documents simultaneously on different users! And invite peoples. One document- multiple users editing simultaneously. M-Files has this functionality!!

Keep documents in order when unstapled
Keep documents in order when unstapled. this functionality existed in 6.5 after a fix, but in 6.6 it is back to being out of order when unstapled

Have mandatory field also for the search
Hello,
It could be nice if the mandatory field could be also apply in search dialog box. It could be an option in the search dialog box administration for all field included in the dialog box, to set if this field is mandatory or not.Best regards

Change position of web basket
If you have severyl web basket and you want to change the order it is not possible. You have to close every web basket and to open them again in the right order. It's not possible to drag and drop it

Allow result list order by two o more fields
When you are on web client result list, is not possible order for two o more fields (only by one).
Like workaround I resolve this doing a new result list whit pre-established order but is not a final solution because when an user modify the result list order doing click over column name we have to delete cache browser for restore predefined order.1 voteThis feature is already available with 6.5 by pressing the Shift-key and then clicking on the column header that you want to add to the ordering

Ability to create a URL from a result list
The email link function is nice, but is not useful if you need to send links to multiple result lists. It would useful to be able to create a link from a result list.
