It'd be very helpful and nice if we can just upload the RO's that scanned to our desktop to the docuware site.
I'd like to be able to export RO's that were accidentally scanned to my desktop into docuware. A drag and drop feature would be super helpful in this matter. There are three people that scan from one computer and right now we have 225 RO's sitting on my desktop that could be uploaded or imported to the system.
Thank you for your contribution. You can either use DocuWare Import with a folder where you drag all files into the folder or you just drag and drop them into the document tray in the browser.

When you open the web client, you have a document tray (or basket) tab, click on it and drag on drop the documents from the desktop to the white area (below the zone where it says that there are no documents in the tray, if its empty).
Also, you can create a folder named ROs an make the scanner send all your ROs to that folder, create and configure an Import Job and an Import Task to keep that folder being "watched" by DocuWare all time and import and index the ROs automatically as they are scanned.
I hope this was helpful

How do I use that feature? I tried multiple times, but it didn't seem to work. 'RO' means Repair Order (a hardcopy of the paperwork generated when repairing something.) The way our machine is set up, it will save everything we scan to our computer unless we click the button to have what we scan save to a server. As simple as it seems sometimes we forget to click the button and all of the paperwork gets saved to the wrong place.
