Add ability in web client to transfer multiple documents from one file cabinet to another.
Currently in order to move a file from one cabinet to another you have to copy the selected document to your basket and then store it to the other file cabinet. This is a pain if you have lots of documents. It would be a nice feature if there was this option as it was available in the desktop version.

Rotate & Deskew in file cabinet
Enabling a feature that allows user to either manually or automatically rotate & deskew a document that is already stored in the file cabinet will allow a user free frustration. Or Enable the auto rotate and deskew when pulling file from Monitored folders.

change/hide workflow history tabs
It would be useful to have options to modify/configure the Workflow History, for example to change the order or hide some tabs. Because sometimes the most important history tab for users is the last one and it could be useful to hide technical/system workflow tabs

Create a form workflow (a form that has a workflow and gets filled in as it goes, or changed)
Would be awesome if you could create a form workflow. Meaning, An employee submits a form with only the employee information, it then creates a task for HR that then fills out the section of the form needed. Once it is done it goes to the IT department to attach any documentation and fill out other information. the idea is that the form is working within the workflow natively and not just annotations all over it.

Allow rotation of documents before and after storage
If a document is not in the correct orientation for that specific document allow rotation prior to storage so that when viewed the document would be in the correct orientation.
Also,
If a document has already been stored without being in the correct orientation allow that document to be put into a basket for editing and rotated at that time and re-stored14 votesWill be available through the “Automatic image correction” toolbar button in the viewer

Allow the use of multi column select list in task decisions,
It would be great to be able to use the data in an existing field narrow down the available selection of a list via a multi column select list

Integration with Validsign or some other product to sign documenten directly from Docuware
In many organisation signing of a document is essential. A simple stamp or simple signature is not enough. There are many third party applications than can do this, but much better if it's done from within Docuware. This is the place where you have you documents.

Filter forms fields
Ability to filter fields based on other fields in FORMS, as it can be done in dialogs and workflows...

With upcoming version 7.6, the forms module will support "Multi Column Select Lists". This means:
- Assign multi-column-select-lists to dropdowns
- configure filters between dropdowns
- autofill a dropdown in case filtering leads to only one remaining value

display the (actual) total number of docs returned
If your search contains a large number of documents returned, you will likely get a random value with a "+" next to it. If my results list should return 105,922 documents, I should see 105,922. What is listed is 3816+

Highlighting of index values in document
I suggest to highlight proposed index values in the document itself so that it is obvious where a certain value for a index field comes from

Option to disable "Received requests" in My tasks
There should be an option to disable "Received requests" in My tasks. We disabled the option "Send requests" in result lists for users but they still see the button which is useless for them.

Include Date fields in DocuWare Forms
There is currently no date field option in DocuWare Forms. Only option is text box.

Enhance the HTML5 mobile client/iOS application in order to display Workflow Manager Task List.

Export to ERP System
I suggest you to have a feature to export index data for erp system after the documents are archived with Intelligent Indexing. The export must contain also the DOCID number to link the ERP system to document stored in Docuware

Store Metadata (date, user, etc) should be available to display in result lists
Store Date, Store User & other metadata should be available as a viewable fields on any result list. Its stored in the database, in some cases it would be hugely helpful for users to see who stored a document and when. The only way to do that now is to create duplicate fields and populate them during the storage procedure. The data is already there so we shouldn't have to do that.
