Add another way to sort documents within the basket by selecting a sort order
We use a numbering convention to name our documents and it creates a string when put into the basket. For example if I have individual documents that I created and we number then 1-20, when I highlight the group and move them over to the basket they show in order like this......1,10,11,12-19 and then go to 2,20,21,22,23 and so on. There is no "sort order" that you can select that is compatible with a numbering convention.

give the ability to export result list with a semi-colon instead of a simple comma.
Like described in the documentation, when using a comma, you need to open excel first, then open your file and validate many screens before seeing it in excel. With the possibility to export with a semi-colon, the opening in excel works automatically.

The export format depends on your language and format settings.
Also Excel (or better speaking Windows) has regional settings how to import files. This means, in some areas the semicolon is used as separator, in other areas the comma is separated by default. -
Index Field order of Search Masks in Web Client are not displayed correctly
the DocuWare Administration tool allows to set a custom Field order for Search Masks see
Archive --> Dialogue --> Serach Mask --> Field Layout --> Field OrderThese settings will not take any effect in web client, but in my oppinion they should.

Remove 'Received Requests' tab from Tasks list.
We want to remove 'Received Requests' tab from Tasks list.
Kindly disable the 'Received Requests' in next update as it is useless for the users.

Sent Requests and Received Requests Tabs
I suggest that the new Sent Requests and Received Requests tabs only display when requests are received. Currently, the tabs display permanently even when there are no requests. Please can you consider applying the same logic to these tabs as you have done with all workflow tabs. Image attached.

Provide a Recover Deleted Button
I suggest to create a button in which this button should be used to recover accidentally deleted documents for clients and recover deleted button to recover accidentally deleted unbackup other features of DocuWare such as File Cabinet, Document Processing and Document Relations
What this button does once click is:
1) Once click, DocuWare Support Team is notified that accidental action is triggered
2) DocuWare Support Team then simply setup temporary backup folder system that can be used to easily retrieved the lost data back up to either admin or client
This can be easily reduced the cost for the client…

Multiple/Bulk Invoice Approval
We just ugraded Docuware where tables are added to show GL Code, Cost Center, Amount per line item for each invoice. Old version Docuware allowed Approvers to select multiple/bulk invoices to be approved at once.
We need the same functionality to the newly upgraded version of docuware.
1 voteThere has nothing changed for the functionality, if the tasks are the same and can be approved together. Only if the different documents are in different tasks or need different input each, then you cannot approve them together.

Let users hide/show columns in result list
It would be better than having to create new result list with adjusted model view.

Add, Sort, Filter index data columns to tray
Allow us to add and remove columns from the index tray view. Allow us to add, sort and filter by index data columns to locate documents and identify possible duplicates.

Create a dynamic select list with indexes from a file cabinet
I can easily create a select list from a local data connection. However if for whatever reason the local data connection breaks so does the list. Because of that, I have file cabinets set up with nothing but data records to use for lookups in workflows. It would be nice to use those data records for select lists but that isn't an option.

Sound like DocuWare Cloud.
Just create an "External" select list with a database connection. As database connection do not use Local Data Connector but the second connection (with GUID in it, a long character/number combination). Then you can choose from the database tables for all file cabinets. Then just select the table with your file cabinet name. If you do not exactly now which table you can look up the table name in the File Cabinet administration on Tab "General" at the bottom hidden beneth "More options".

Incluir listas de selección filtradas
Estará muy bien incluir listas de selección filtradas en los campos de Forms de Docuware similar a los campos en Web Client. Esto ayudaría bastante en llenado de formularios y evitara errores al capturar manual algún dato.

Nahtlose Integration von Office online
Ein paar Kunden von uns wünschen sich die Funktion, dass wenn ein Dokument mit Office online bearbeitet werden soll, sich nicht zusätzlich über Office 365 anmelden zu müssen.
Wenn man die Docuware Anmeldung mit der Office online Anmeldung verknüpfen könnte, würde dann ein trusted Login zwischen Office online und Docuware entstehen und müsste sich nicht noch zusätzlich bei Office online anmelden.
Beispiel:
Jetzt: Excel Dokument in Docuware öffnen und dann auf den Button Bearbeten> in Office Online > Anmeldedaten für Office eingeben und dann das Dokument bearbeiten.
Mit verknüpften Konten.

CSV file for documents with link to stored documents in the file cabinet
It will be better to export documents into a CSV file with links to open the documents right from the CSV file.

Track metadata of all documents circulated through DocuWare, including those deleted, into an export file
Once a document is deleted from the DocuWare platform, we loose all information related to the document (meta data).
It would be useful, for audit purpose at least, to track metadata of all documents circulated through DocuWare, including those deleted into a formatted document (CSV), that could be exported.

Daten-Exportieren Das manipulieren der zu exportierenden Indexfelder sollte möglich sein und es sollten mehr Foramatierungsmöglichkeiten
Der neue Daten-Export steht in der Cloud zur Verfügung, wenn man der Idee folgt in Indexfelder (Insbesondere Table Fields) einen Aufbau nach "Nummer > Bezeichnung" zu wählen, kann das beim Export nicht manipuliert werden. (Nur die Nummer sollte exportiert werden.
D.h. es ist insbesondere bei, auslesen der Table Fields nicht möglich, die erfassten Daten in eine Verarbeitungsfähige csv zu übergeben.
Für Indexfelder kann das umgangen werden, in dem der Eintrag vor dem Export in eine dafür angelegtes Indexfeld geschrieben wird, welches dann exportiert wird.
Da derzeit nicht in Table-Fields geschrieben werden kann, ist es derzeit besonders schädlich, dass nicht wie…1 voteVielen Dank fürIhren Beitrag. Ihre Idee ist mit der Version 7.6 verfügbar.

Allow turning filters off by default when indexing
In version 7.1 at least, users complain that when indexing they need to turn off filtering every time in order to see the full select lists in fields they need to fill in. Filters cannot be turned off by default. Once they fill in any fields, the remaining fields only display filtered values unless they turn off the filters.

Knowledge Center
Now the knowledge center remembers I speak English but the Table of Contents is in German and the bod of the search is in English and it does not change if I try to click on the language.....ALMOST THERE!
1 voteThank you for your contribution. The Knowledge Center is available in several languages, also the table of content should be the same language. Maybe delete the cache of the browser or try a different browser.

Create a field in the Store Dialog for Notes
Create a field in the Store Dialog for Notes just like there one for Workflow.
It would be helpful to provide users with some form of instruction at the time of indexing.

Table Fields - Hide Columns On Demand
In the workflow and also in general, it would really help to be able to hide columns in a Table Field on demand just like you can with Fields themselves.
