Provide better messaging for how a user should deal with a non viewable file format.
Currently when selecting a non-viewable file format such as a .wav file, a general message displays in the viewer stating, "The page cannot be rendered", and a temporary error message pops up stating, "Not supported file format: .wav". This is also the case in Fortis which produces a message stating, "Error The display engine for this format is not installed". In Fortis, you can simply hit the launch button to launch the associated app for the file, in Docuware, you must right click on the file in the search results and hit edit. Both work fine but the messaging is misleading. It would be nice if the messaging reflected the method of file access as opposed to seeming more like an error.
