AP wants the ability to detect if an invoice is currently being processed in any workflow. At the moment, there is the History, which can be lengthy with multiple tabs to go through, and see if the workflow has Ended. AP needs to see where live processes are quickly, and not need to hunt through multiple tabs.

If a Document in a result list has an instance in your My Tasks you should be able to right click on the document and have a menu item that takes you to that instance in your My Tasks.

It would be enough to allow to display the tasks linked to a document. In this way any list or search result would allow access to the tasks of each document. You could display an icon on each document in the list that would indicate if a task is in progress. The right mouse button would allow access to the list of tasks associated with it.
