    You should just make a little naming workflow which changes your index used as document name with many index/external data/whatever concatenation.

    Thank you for your idea. We decided to support OpenID Connect, so we are not considering SAML at the moment. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.

    We are planning to implement Single Sign-On with Azure AD in DocuWare Cloud based on Open-ID Connect for the next release of DocuWare

    That's a huge lack, many of our clients don't understand why we can't access the related task directly from a task list or a result list.

    You should add a context menu that present à list of the tasks related to this document. Each entry should redirect to the task thanks to the url and task GUID...

    Thank you for your contribution. We are now working on a new version of the Workflow Designer, which will bring a whole new user experience, so we set this wish to “Planned”.
    I’d like to point out that a couple of things are possible in the meantime, like reordering decision and now also reordering data assignments. Multiselect will come with the new version.
    In case of changing size and shape of the activities, we are not planning to do this currently.
    I’d be happy to learn why and how this would help you in your daily work.
