Propagate Workflow Passwords Automatically with the User Account Change
For security purposes, passwords are changed frequently. However at the moment, if the User Account that runs Workflows is changed, all the workflows no longer function until every workflow is opened, and the password is adjusted there as well.
We would like the Workflow Passwords to be propagated when the User Account password is also changed.

That change would make the system function seamlessly without manual intervention. As an organization, time management is critical. With that said, systems should intuitively recognize simple changes like these and take the appropriate action. If not, then the user community is stuck with manual processes that end up with troubleshooting when system impacts occur. This does not benefit an organization in 2 fronts: 1. time management 2. automated processes
