UTC Time Stamp VS. Actual Time Zone
We have a client that handles claim records and they just noticed that the time stamps are all recorded as UTC. While we understand that UTC is universally suitable, there are times where actual time stamps are required. It would be beneficial if there was a built-in time zone offset in the administration console to record time stamps based on a specific time zone or utilize the server time.
UTC is universally suitable, For users it is always translated into their specific time zone settings. This way the timestamp is always valid.

Can you add in the option to include the time zone on the stamp? we have a lot of documents that are stamped by people in both the US and China and it gets confusing as to the time stamps. we use the merge layers function to permanently attach the stamps to the document and then the document gets emailed out. The times on the emailed document seem to depend on who performed the merge layers operation (uses their timezone) but there is no way for the people receiving the document to know which timezone was used.
