Create the ability to index files in a basket/tray from an external data source prior to the file being stored in a file cabinet. This would allow table-driven preindexing for consistency and to save users time when preparing to store.

Thank you for your idea. Unfortunately, due to several factors we are currently not able to plan this idea for a future version. Baskets/Trays are still considered to be a temporary clipboard to start the storing from.

yes! and/or use the fields captured by intelligent index!!! to organize columns
