  1. Make the zoom level of the Document Overview persistent.

    Is there a way to make the zoom level of the Document Overview persist whenever it is summoned anew? If not, can we get that feature added? I don't know why anyone would ever NOT want the Document Overview to remember the size of the thumbnails that has been previously selected...

  2. Ability to download a document in Excel format

    We have reports that are getting imported into DocuWare as a DOCX file. A nice feature to the download section would be to convert the report to an Excel (xlsx) format. The accounting side of the business could then filter and work with the information better.

    When a user archive a new file, Docuware show a user defined message. A possibility to fix into the Platform method.

  6. Show the clipped documents in a left pane like the file explorer, to get a better and faster overview.

    It would be an anvantage if overview in the left pane,could give the user an overview of clipped files just like a a windows path display. ?

    I have made a suggestion on how that overview could be incorporated in Docuware

  7. Allow user to set additional preferences for DocuWare Viewer pop out window

    Would like to be able to have the DocuWare Viewer open in same window while indexing and in new window while searching. Currently, the only options are "Always show DocuWare Viewer in same window" and "Open DocuWare Viewer in a new window." These options should be expanded.

    While it is handy to view the document immediately next to the empty indexing fields, having the document appear next to search results is cumbersome. The crowded window means the user has to scroll left and right to check indexed information. Since the page resets its alignment when a user sorts a search…

    Get the possibility to create summary tables to get information about open documents and their corresponding status.
    This information would be generated by different columns based on customer needs

  10. Customisation of the viewer

    With DW4x we could customise access rights in the viewer directly in the admin tool. This however, is not possible in the new web client. It would be good if we got this feature back with 6.x onwards. Is this something that is on the roadmap

  11. M-Files has direct comment and follow documents

    Docuware need to follow their competitor on this... Customers like to follow documents and comment direct in the interface!

  12. Image total

    I would like to know the total of images in each document or file, when doing a search, when sending my results to an excel file, I would like to have the total of images in each document listed as well.f
