Split Shortcut Key Missing!
Since upgrading from 6.1 to 6.6, our indexing department's efficiency is dramatically reduced due to what I would call a tremendous oversight on the part of DocuWare with the removal of critical shortcut keys such as, document splitting.
We receive in excess of 20,000 medical documents per day that require indexing and for our Health Information Technicians to have to move the mouse and click an icon each time they need to split up a 300-page chart note is not only cumbersome, but a health hazard unto itself--think carpal tunnel.

Form validation options
As far as I know there is no way to validate field values within the form as the user fills out each field.
If you map a FC field to a form field, shouldn't it enforce the same validations that are required on the FC field and provide immediate feedback to the person filling out the form?

Fix DWG display issue in the Docuware Viewer
Currently the thumbnail displays the DWG file correctly but the viewer does not.

We need an "apply" button on the Web Form Designer
Forms can get very complex very quickly and it is heart-breaking to lose configuration because of internet connection drop-outs.

Improve Intelligent Indexing
Increasing number of fields and precision on large documents (lots of pages and tables).

We have improved the indexing quality of table fields by Intelligent Indexing. Also we increased the number of customizable index fields, which can be configured in the mapping in the store dialog.

Need notification when over license count instead of just going to back to logon screen. (Users do not know why there login failed.)
When a user tries to login and we are over our license count, the users does get any kind of notification. The screen just stays on the logon screen. Their for the user does not know why the login failed.

Add ability in web client to transfer multiple documents from one file cabinet to another.
Currently in order to move a file from one cabinet to another you have to copy the selected document to your basket and then store it to the other file cabinet. This is a pain if you have lots of documents. It would be a nice feature if there was this option as it was available in the desktop version.

Make the option "Add wildcard to the search" also available for Select Lists.
It would be useful to have this option as for search masks.
This would make it easier to filter the values in the list.

Rotate & Deskew in file cabinet
Enabling a feature that allows user to either manually or automatically rotate & deskew a document that is already stored in the file cabinet will allow a user free frustration. Or Enable the auto rotate and deskew when pulling file from Monitored folders.

change/hide workflow history tabs
It would be useful to have options to modify/configure the Workflow History, for example to change the order or hide some tabs. Because sometimes the most important history tab for users is the last one and it could be useful to hide technical/system workflow tabs

Create a form workflow (a form that has a workflow and gets filled in as it goes, or changed)
Would be awesome if you could create a form workflow. Meaning, An employee submits a form with only the employee information, it then creates a task for HR that then fills out the section of the form needed. Once it is done it goes to the IT department to attach any documentation and fill out other information. the idea is that the form is working within the workflow natively and not just annotations all over it.

Allow rotation of documents before and after storage
If a document is not in the correct orientation for that specific document allow rotation prior to storage so that when viewed the document would be in the correct orientation.
Also,

Provide the ability to save progress of a docuware form
Getting many requests from clients for the ability to save and return to eforms prior to submission. Seems like the frequency of the request is increasing as customers request more detailed forms

Allow the use of multi column select list in task decisions,

Integration with Validsign or some other product to sign documenten directly from Docuware
In many organisation signing of a document is essential. A simple stamp or simple signature is not enough. There are many third party applications than can do this, but much better if it's done from within Docuware. This is the place where you have you documents.

Filter forms fields
Ability to filter fields based on other fields in FORMS, as it can be done in dialogs and workflows...

With upcoming version 7.6, the forms module will support "Multi Column Select Lists". This means:
- Assign multi-column-select-lists to dropdowns
- configure filters between dropdowns
- autofill a dropdown in case filtering leads to only one remaining value

display the (actual) total number of docs returned
If your search contains a large number of documents returned, you will likely get a random value with a "+" next to it. If my results list should return 105,922 documents, I should see 105,922. What is listed is 3816+
