Field Behavior function in Forms need ability to autofill fields based on entries in other fields
If a field behavior is true then auto fill other fields on form with fixed text.
For example in an I-9 Form if you choose "U.S. Passport" in the document title field then the Issuing Authority field need to auto populate with "U.S. Department of State"

toggle mandatory fields
similar to many web forms today, it would be great if you could enable/disable mandatory fields based on the selection of a prior field. Lets say I have a document type select list with "Invoice - A" and "Invoice - B" as options. if you choose A, these 2 fields now show as mandatory, but if you show B, these 3 fields now show as mandatory.

Add ability to search and display system indexes in the result set, including the doc ID. This would be a useful troubleshooting tool.

Make Drag and Drop Email Attachments to Document Tray a Supported Action
Many users like to drag and drop attachments from Outlook to a Document Tray. Most of the time this works fine but some users get an Unsupported Drag & Drop error. Turns out that while this might work, it's not a supported functionality. I'd like to see this common action become supported as a system function.

Add single sign on for logging into web client when user account is created by AD sync
User accounts created by active directory sync should not prompt for user credentials, only DocuWare accounts.

Add more fields to read through Inteligent Indexing
For now we can add unlimited TABLE variables to inteligent indexing, but option for adding normal variables like decimal,string, date are LIMITED

We have improved the indexing quality of table fields by Intelligent Indexing. Also we increased the number of customizable index fields, which can be configured in the mapping in the store dialog.

Propagate Workflow Passwords Automatically with the User Account Change
For security purposes, passwords are changed frequently. However at the moment, if the User Account that runs Workflows is changed, all the workflows no longer function until every workflow is opened, and the password is adjusted there as well.
We would like the Workflow Passwords to be propagated when the User Account password is also changed.

There is an increasing need to add this to systems that handle documents. In older versions we had these certificates linked to the electronic stamp, I would like to have the functionality of stamping a document showing the installed certificates / token to link this in the document, this would solve major problems in the flow of documents in companies. Workflow: Export Active Instances
On the taskbar within the cloud based version, it'd be great to have the ability to export the active instances in the workflow.

ability to suppress a cover page (used for indexing purposes) in the viewer
We use a cover page to assist in indexing - it's unnecessary once the document is indexed. We'd like a way to suppress it in the viewer so the intended user doesn't have to click past it

The portal is not anymore needed. The Configurations will also gain more and more options, the administration toll will be less important from version to version especially for DocuWare Cloud. -
Docuware Client: Task list - Workflow version, multiple tabs
Docuware should avoid to have a new tab in the tasklist everytime a new version is created on a workflow. (a new version is created for every changes). It disturbs the end-user. He does not to know a new version is created, only to approve his documents. We have actually some customers with more then 10 tabs for just one approval workflow.

Bring back more detail in the download of the search list
In the older versions of DocuWare, the downloaded text file from a search of a cabinet included the storage date and time, docid and number pages. Since the users really have no reporting capabilites in DocuWare, this was the one way they could survey their cabinet and find possible misfiled docs. Attaching a test sample from a cabinet.

auto increment value
what we need is the field in a cabinet to increase automatically +1 from the last value entered each time a new document is entered in the file cabinet .
For exampleImport new document in a file cabinet ---------------------- field named reference number Is automatically filled with a numeric value like 001

Allow Store Dialogs to have Filtering box checked by default
It would be useful to have an ability to configure store dialogs with select list Filtered box checked by default.
We have a number of dialogs that have multi-tier document classifications fields that require use of FIltering. Currently user must check in the box every time they store a document.3 votesYour idea is available in the product.

Multiple file documentation
It would be great if you could check mark several deals and be able to title complete all at once. The same thing with printing, if you could place a check mark next to the one you want to print and then print that would be great. Kind of the same way one would share documents on a Android Phone.

Add ability to Filter based on External Select Lists, as well as Internal Select Lists
In version 6.5, the client was able to filter search and store dialogs based on standard and external select lists. After upgrading, this funtion no longer works for external select lists. I realize that there is an FAQ article on this and it states that filtering on external select lists is not supported, however, it clearly did function in 6.5.
This would be beneficial to add back in.
