User Synchronization Tool - Default Groups to "Skip During Synchronization"

The tool should default groups in the group matching tool to "Skip During Synchronization" instead of trying to create new groups for every one.Long backstory:
I am migrating from Docuware On-Premise to Docuware Online and the User Synchronization Tool is a huge step backwards. My AD structure is such that my DocuWare groups are in an OU with approxmiately 300 other security groups. During the setup wizard it allows me to specify OU containing my groups ... on the match screen it then wants to create over 300 new Docuware groups when I really only want…3 votes -

Single Sign-on is great however it automatically add all users from AD into Docuware and assigns them a license automatically.

This process negates the AD user management feature, if they still need to assign licenses manually. Additionally I noticed that ALL AD Groups could be added to Docuware automatically, typically only a subset of AD groups are used in Docuware.

One-Time Scheduling Option
On any job that includes a schedule option ... allow for a selection that would do a one-time only execution of the job.
For example I have a use case where I want to schedule a transfer job for my migration from on-premise to the cloud to happen overnight ... I'm not always available to manually kick off overnight jobs and putting them on a "fake" schedule is a less than ideal solution (I don't want to run the risk of duplicating data if I forget to disable the schedule in time). Adding an attribute to the user dictionary
Add attributes to users (in the DocuWare dictionnary) and be able to use them in workflows or index profiles. For example, if we add a "Line manager" attribute, it could be used in Workflows to assign a task to the manager of the connected user.
Another example, a "Company" attribute would allow the documents of a company of the logged-in user to be filtered in the index profiles.3 votes -
Index filter hierarchy rights Project > Document
We need project or folder hierarchy rights management.
If user is added to index field on 'project' document that user
should have rights to project documents linked to this 'project' document.This can be configured with free sql statement on index filter rights but requires join statements which are put in where clause so there is a big performance penalty.

Stamp Date without Index Field assignment
Stamps were more or less recently moved to the Configuration page.
However, not the entire functionality was moved.
In 7.3 stamping dates onto a document has weird behavior:If you want a user input field to be a date picker field, the only way to do that is to link it to an index field. If you want to just have a date stamped onto the document, but not have it in an index field you are out of luck - you can only create text fields without linking to an index field.

Active Directory Network ID Adjustability
Allow admin's to specify user NetworkIDs in the sync settings or change the AD sync to also pull the domain's shortname. Sync worked for us, but it pulled the fully qualified domain name rather than the short domain name. Users were synced and created successfully, but their NetworkID doesn't match the Windows session username which uses the short name of the domain.

Change the logo of webclient with the logo of the client´s company
Hello, we need to change the logo of DocuWare on webclient with a customized logo client's mark. We can be change this on OnPremis Docuware but we need to do this on cloud systems. A lot of clients apply for this changes.

Remember the last view settings
Please save the last view settings for users, and not choose the default every single time we access screens like forms, document processing, file cabinets, indexing etc... its a simple tweak that could save millions of clics!

Allow Search Dialogs to be configured for select list only
We currently have an implementation with an external multi-column select list and we have implemented this in several store and search dialogs and we have setup filtering on the columns of the select list in these dialogs. In Store dialogs we have " The user can only use entries from the select list to set the field" option to force users to perform data entry / indexing only using the filtered select list values. Import configuration for Cloud FTP
DocuWare Cloud offers an FTP Server to use as an import source. This is very useful for small businesses who do not have on premise resources to run Desktop Apps Import 24/7. However, FTP Import does not allow dividing or indexing documents. Being able to assign a DW Import configuration to an FTP folder would be a big help to such customers.

More metadata on DocuWare users
It would be very useful to add the following information to the DWUser database:
− Creation date/Time,
− Modification date/time,
− De-activation date/Time,
− Last access date/Time ,

Allow shared mailboxes in connect to mail
I've been informed that shared mailboxes do not work with Connect to Mail.
However with the move to Exchange Online, and it being licensed per user, we have to use shared mailboxes not user accounts with a mailbox attached.
Being able to use shared mailboxes would reduce cost and user management complexity.14 votes -

For Docuware to know who the manager of anyone else is, would be more efficient for approvals, example travel requisitions or leave approvals.

Administrator: Performance Indicators
It would be nice to have a dashboard in the admin tool with key performance indicators, such as Documents stored for the day, Maximum concurrent users, Number of registered users, # inactive users that didnt use Docuware in 3 months), current logged in users, data in for day (vs historical average), data out for day (vs historical average), Available storage (with estimated time before storage is full), Available resources, Critical errors (servers, workflows, etc.)

Reverse rule
When configuring access rights for users, it would be beneficial with a "reverse rule" where you can reverse the filter. If a document type filter is set, the button "reverse rule" tells if the user should be able see only the type defined, or all other types.
