  1. Separate the Workflow designer from the activities that are covered by the workflow.

    When there a high number of active instances, the Workflow Designer times out without loading the details in the bottom of the screen and we cannot access the workflow itself.

  2. Allow a standard attachment to add to a workflow

    I want to use a public form for a lead to register and download an e-book. I want to do that by asking a lead to fill in a form after which I send the e-book via e-mail (after which I send the lead to an ccountmanager to follow-up. It would be great if I had the possibility of attaching an attachment of choice to a workflow generated e-mail.

  3. change the order of fields in the list view when you put you mouse over the table field.

    if you have a list with a table field . you can then put you mouse over the field and see the first lines of the table field..
    But the order of the fields seems to be the order that the fields where created in .. it would be great also to change this order..

  4. When using prefill in a table field in workflow..

    if there are default values set on fields in the table field in a workflow.
    Then if you prefill and ypu have specified not to refill that specific field.
    then the default values are not put into the field.. its just empty..

  5. Bring back multiple Web Connections/URLs (removed in 7.4)

    In 7.4, the ability to use different URLs was removed.
    It is not possible to use http://hostname/docuware and http://hostname.my.domain/docuware at the same time.

    This especially has a huge impact to customers who have their DocuWare reachable from outside their own network, as the server often has a different DNS Name and URL for external connections. 7.4 basically removed the ability to have your DW Server available for external connections.

    Please bring back the ability to have multiple Web Connections or to allow traffic from every IIS Site binding.

  6. Allow SQL command in index profile on cloud version

    On on premice version, index profile can be defined with an SQL command allowing to write complex sql command
    this option is disable on cloud version

  7. Make merged multiple select lists possible in workflow task

    In a store dialog, it is possible to merge multiple selectlists into one field by selecting multiple selectlists. Please make this also possible in a workflow task field

  8. Possibilty to check user existence in workflow

    Make it possible to check the existence of an user in DocuWare in a workflow. An that way a workflow can assign a task to a user, or otherwise send an email to an external user for example, and ask them to fill in a form.

  9. To add the ability to apply two different processing configurations to the same file.

    For example the first step is to separate into expedients and then, the resulting files will be separated into types of documents.
    It is importante when the user wants to scan variuos expedients at the same time without using patch codes

  11. Allow importation of preconfigured cloud solutions into on-premises systems

    Preconfigured solutions is a very good tool. But it is now impossible to import a cloud solution into an on-premises system.

    The stamps been used for decision-making in Docuware Workflow should be aligned from the first layer to the last layer in ascending order.

  13. Stamp the document as an automatic activity

    This would be awesome. Many workflows and approval processes are automated and auto-approved if for example 1+1 = 2. However theres no way to see any indicator of this process on the document itself. If we could place a stamp on the document as an activity (not user task), this would be very helpful.

  15. Schedule Task notifications

    I'm familiar with the option for Notifications. You can schedule for every day at 9 to get an e-mail notification and use a link to a List.

    How can we add a link to the tasks? So not a Task list but the tasks from the workflows?
    In the workflow the users gets an e-mail notification for every task immediately. But with 10 notifications per day, that's not efficient.
    So I want to bundle all workflow task notification once per day.

    So one notification: You have tasks. with a link to the workflows Tasks.

    How can we do this?

  16. When a new user is added, assign a regular license, not a Workflow Read-Only license

    The new Workflow Read-Only licenses in Cloud are great but they should be specifically assigned when needed instead of being the default. This causes confusion when new users are assigned to the correct roles and trays but then cannot access the trays or perform the expected tasks because they incorrectly received a limited license.

  17. Allow folders and lists to be based on the same setup as normal searches

    Please can you allow folders and lists to be controlled in the same way as normal searches - for example being able to remove the ability to edit without checking a document out first (currently, you have to remember to check it out and back in again when you upload a document to stop this) or allow the search to exclude files based on a field value such as retired documents.

  18. Disable auto assignment of licenses in cloud.

    If a License is held open a new AD user will auto-populate. This is a flaw and security issue. At the least it should be able to be disabled.

  19. Synchronization of file cabinets should allow for at least one version difference

    Synchronization used to allow a difference of at least one version. Now both on-premise and Cloud systems need to be on the same version. This greatly complicates matters because one cannot always upgrade on-premise systems to suit the Cloud upgrade calendar, least of all when a hardware change is required.
