add Office output from the Webforms
You can use Office documents in the Forms. But the output is always PDF. Please create option for Forms output to Word and Excel

Make Workflow Designer easier to keep tidy with multi-select
Make Workflow Designer easier to keep tidy, like Process Planner is.
I create a workflow on a VM to get it right, deploy to the customer system so the Workflow Designer layout looks intuitive to follow, and then any tweaks to the design of the Workflow from that point result in it looking like a bird's nest of connectors and boxes.
Multi-select would help quite a bit here

The Workflow Designer is in need of much assistance.
In Visio, object connection points can be all around an object Also connection labels can be dragged to any position along the line by the user.
It appears that the Workflow Designed only has 4 connection points in each corner. Also the tags for each connector will automatically position themselves, but not always ideally. The effect is that lines and the labels will realign themselves willy nilly each time ANYTHING is relocated. This is EXTREMELY UNDESIRABLE!!!!! I spent more time today dicking around with positions and connecting lines, which have a mind of their own by the way, and not…

Active Directory Network ID Adjustability
Allow admin's to specify user NetworkIDs in the sync settings or change the AD sync to also pull the domain's shortname. Sync worked for us, but it pulled the fully qualified domain name rather than the short domain name. Users were synced and created successfully, but their NetworkID doesn't match the Windows session username which uses the short name of the domain.

Adding an attribute to the user dictionary
Add attributes to users (in the DocuWare dictionnary) and be able to use them in workflows or index profiles. For example, if we add a "Line manager" attribute, it could be used in Workflows to assign a task to the manager of the connected user.
Another example, a "Company" attribute would allow the documents of a company of the logged-in user to be filtered in the index profiles.1 vote -
Task List: Assign a certain result list per task, per workflow, for workflow controllers.
Result lists are useful. Having multiple result lists is a necessary feature which exists for good reason. However, all users of all task lists have the same result list configuration. Whichever result list is picked as "Default" is used for every task list system-wide.
Example: Accounting users (especially workflow controllers) should be able to have different options available compared to approvers.
This also goes for the "edit index entries" dialog of the result list. Even if an approver has (and needs) permissions to edit certain fields for workflow tasks, we do not want to present this as an option when…

Add ability to invoke another workflow from a current workflow
Would be awesome if you could have a module that would start another workflow. It would make large workflows easier to design and keep them cleaner. I know that you can do this by using modified index and such but I always run into issues with that and workflows starting when they shouldn't. Would be a lot better if you could just create workflows and then call them when needed within another workflow.

Arithmetic Expression in Document Processing
Please add the posibility to use Arithmetic Expressions in order to Index fields in the Document processing configuration. Also local database lookups would be great. Sometimes we run very simple Workflows to just lookup and insert metadata, which could be done in the document processing?

Add "Basket" as a Document Processing SOURCE.
Please add the ability to use the basket to send a document to a DOCUMENT PROCESSING configuration.
This could be easy for the user if it would show like adittional Store dialogs.
We send all attachments from an email account to a Basket, but those that should go to document processing.. have to be downloaded from the basket and uploaded to a folder..... not efficient.

Properly format DW Forms page width for mobile devices
Currently, when a DocuWare form is displayed on a mobile device, the page width is calculated as if the device is held in landscape mode, even though it is being held in portrait mode. This causes the end user to have to scroll to the right to read text or see if the form field has a drop-down list when in portrait mode.

Workflow Validation Error message customizable
When creating a validation within a task in the Workflow Designer, one can only write a fixed error message. It would be way more user-friendly if this message was customizable just the same way as workflow fields are, e.g. a description field.
This would allow inclusion of global variables and index data in the error message, providing great flexibility and a way to point the user to their error more specifically.1 vote -

some way to filter the size of the scanned files
To be able to indicate in the filing cabinet a maximum size of document that can be archived, we would like to be able to control the size of the documents that are inside the filing cabinets.

Conditional Required Fields
Now a field is required or not.
In our case, HR needs to store a document and can choose to index through NAME, ID, EMPLOYEE ID... but I cannot make all required because it would defeat the idea of efficiency, but they should be allowed to fill AT LEAST 1 of the 3 to be valid.
Some sort of validation, that would allow only 1 of the 3 required fields to be indexed..??? just ideas...By the way, only 1 data field is required for us, since we have autoindex on the back fulfilling the rest of the fields. This…

Show document Count in Baskets by default
Very simple to show number of documents in each basket by default, instead of having to do a mouseover... in fact it is more interesting to view document count than size.
Furthermore, a summary with the total size and document count on top of the page would be great!

Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans. -
Comments section in the workflow
Some of our Workflows can get long and complicated, and for support reasons would be great to have a "Comments" node that isn't connected to the actual workflow, but simply displays in the viewer window. This way we can see at a glance what certain nodes are doing

Add the ability to darken the output from a signature field in a Docuware form
Add the ability to darken signatures output from the Signature Field element in Docuware Forms. Currently it seems the signatures come out very light when submitted via PC with no ability to darken
