    Check the option of "Check-out", this option allows you to modify document or remove the clip from an erroneously attached document and it is not necessary to delete the complete file.

    1- Select the document and right click, select the option "check-out"
    2- Select the web tray
    3- make the modifications that you require in the web tray
    4 - Right click and select the option "Check-in", increase a number to the version

    And the system replaces the original document without losing the docid or flow history

    The management of versions in the archive must be activated
