4. Mac OSX compatibility with Desktop Apps is ESSENTIAL. Otherwise, a web-based solution that is not OS specific would work.

    I think that this should be prioritized higher because it would allow us to use standardized Business Process Modeling Notation, which is very useful for collaboration with several people.
