full text search needs boolean logic DW hot fix for cloud clients
The DW hot fix for full text boolean searches is not available for cloud clients. Without the fix, full text searches with dashes or other boolean symbols does not work properly. The need is universal - dashes are used in accounts, part numbers, standard text, dates, etc. and full text search to find strings with special characters is fundamental to finding required documents. The hot fix needs to be applied to the cloud implementations. Searching for literal strings with these characters, or searching using boolean logic (e.g. "?" for a single character wildcard) would be a huge win for all…

I suggest you to support Slovenian language on Docuware Cloud, it is annoying for our prospect that Slovenian language is not supported yet.

Support for DocuWare Cloud Desktop Apps on Windows 365 Business/Enterprise environment
Many users will use Windows 365, the Cloud PC environment released from Microsoft this year. DocuWare Desktop Apps must also be supported for this environment.
This request includes support for virtual environments in Azure Desktop and AWS EC2 as well as Windows 365.

Add ability to unlock documents in cloud
Having the ability to unlock a document stored in a cloud version of DocuWare would be nice. Sometimes users leave documents locked which can cause an issue if the document is moving through a workflow.

DW Cloud - Local Data Connector - 1000 Line Limit is BAD THING
It's common to reference a Local Data Connector data source and have the Autoindex routine be set to create a data record if there is no matching record. Especially common in verifying a migration to find items that got missed. It's invariable that some docs won't come over, and this is a great way to find them. It's common for these to sometimes be a ton of records(often > 1,000,000). In 7.3 the system will only use 1,000 records from the remote data at a time, even if the query limit in the LDC config file is set to 10,000…

Implement a test button for autoindex, deletion policy and transfer
Add a test or simulation feature to Autoindex, Deletion policy and transfer with a counter or viewer of what documents are being affected by the rule we are creating. Easy way to prevent making a bad mistake.

Cloud Upgrades
Major releases do not offer any possibility for the customer to test with customer software before it is updated. This software is not using industry standards or best practices. There must be a method for the customer to test a major release on a smaller subset of client machines before the major release is put into effect.

I suggest you add ability to store .zip files!
I suggest you add ability to store .zip files! we have need to store zip files supplied by our clients. it takes alot of time to extract the files and then have to send up to docuware. outlook to docuware should allow zip file storage sent thats an attachment in an email. it only sends up a list that whats inside the zip file.

Show cloud storage by cabinet
Show the storage space used in each cabinet. That way clients can manage Data Storage and quickly identify issues.

I suggest that you donate an extra admin license for partners at least for cloud basic
If the client is using four licenses, there is no license left for the admin user, which makes the support job more complicated

Be able to know the space of each file cabinet
Right now we can know the system space, but not the file cabinets space. If we want to know which is the biggest file cabinet, we should open a ticket with DocuWare Support.

Sort fields alphabetically when index data is modified

Send a mail notification when an error ocurrs in any automation of configuration
There are times when an autoindex, a deletion policy, etc. fails and to see it you have to enter the option to see it.
It would be more interesting to be able to establish an email account where you can receive alerts when a problem occurs in them.1 vote -

Cloud Version-Cloud Status
The Cloud Status for Storage should update more frequently. We had an issue and were told that the Storage Quota status updated every 3 to 6 hours. It appeared to be closer to 6 hours for the update. It should update every 1 to 3 hours if the Quota is over 80%.
It would also be nice if it defaulted to 7 days, not 12 months.

Deletion workflows should flag a file and display the results as an example before purging documents.
Deletion policy. Before Docuware runs the policy I would like to see what is marked for deletion before it happens in case a filter is not configured correctly.

Specify the output storage location and regularly export with the Request function of DocuWare Cloud.
DocuWare Cloud only works at manual exports by clicking download button.
It seems that you can specify and schedule storage with on premise, but it is not allowed with DocuWare Cloud.
