Disabling Tutorial on startup for all users
Please allow administrators to disable tutorial on start-up in 6.9
This is so annoying for existing users.
Please implement as a Hot-Fix ASAP

You can disable the tutorial as below:
Navigate to the installation directory containing platform files, edit web config and search for setting name="EnableTutorial".
then change the value to False -

Please consider giving admins the ability to disable this in all versions. Customers are asking for it all the time

If Cookies are not allowed, every time the webclient starts we have to close the tutorial Screen.
Disable the tutorial start.
