Option to have a user prompt at point of storing a document if DW detects that duplicate meta data fields already exist in the cabinet

What about managing duplicates of any kind? We manage invoices and would like to prevent duplicates, identified by same Vendor Name and Invoice Number combo. Any solution for this?

It is a very good idea. When multiple (or all) metadata match an allready stored document, warn the user and propose to not store, overwrite or create a new version 'versionning) of the documents

This is an option we used to have when we set DW up. One we were forced to upgrade to the current version, it no longer works the same. We need notification about duplicate fields.
