Printing database information from webclient
The administration allow to define a header to be printed with database information. But this only works with Windows Client. In 6.5 only webviewer is available and working with document from URL or Webservice or other cause to display them always in Web Client. It is urgent that this functionnality become available in web environment.
Thank you for your idea.
Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.

This would also be very beneficial when using in conjunction with Version Control and environments where the document needs to be printed because it cannot be viewed electronically. This way the customer can be sure they are working with the correct drawing version.

I would also like to see this work in the webclient. I would like to be able to select the fields to be included rather than all the fields in the file cabinet. And one of the major field types I would like to include is the DWDocID as a print field, since that is never going to change. So if the document is printed, downloaded or emailed the end user can tie it back to the original document (dwdocid) in DocuWare. It would also be nice to be able to put this information on all the pages associated with the document. If a user was doing research and only needed a page in the middle and was creating a new document with multiple pages they could be able to tie back all pages to the original documents (i.e. PG1 (dwdocid 256, PG2 (dwdocid 788), PG3 (dwdocid 999).
