Schedule Task notifications
I'm familiar with the option for Notifications. You can schedule for every day at 9 to get an e-mail notification and use a link to a List.
How can we add a link to the tasks? So not a Task list but the tasks from the workflows?
In the workflow the users gets an e-mail notification for every task immediately. But with 10 notifications per day, that's not efficient.
So I want to bundle all workflow task notification once per day.So one notification: You have tasks. with a link to the workflows Tasks.
How can we do this?

When doing the AD sync, currently there is not a way to Update the Docuware LoginID when that changes in AD.
AD uses the SID as the unique identifier so that the login name can be changed. There are many valid reasons that an AD login changes, however, Docuware requires that user account be deleted and recreated with the new ID. This is not a big deal for the occasional change, but what about when the organization wants to change ALL the AD Logins for the entire organization? I have more than one organization considering this right now.

Permissions to create and configure user stamps
When it is marked in the permissions so that the user cannot create or manage stamps that does not appear in the configuration part this option to the user

Allow SQL command in index profile on cloud version
On on premice version, index profile can be defined with an SQL command allowing to write complex sql command

Ability to assign more than one Behavior per field in form designer
currently only one behavior is allowed to be assigned per field. The ability to assign multiple behaviors would allow a greater number of options for configuration.

Cross posting from the Client forum for a customizable web/link/macro button
Posted to the client forum, but also asking here has anyone attempted to put a customizable web/link/macro button into the Docuware interface? This is for on-premise.
This would be a button bar or availability that could allow for simple customization. The specific request is a button to enter a hyperlink to an external application. All they really want is exactly that. No other integration, just open an application, and at this point not even a sub windows inside DW.1 vote -
Disable auto assignment of licenses in cloud.
If a License is held open a new AD user will auto-populate. This is a flaw and security issue. At the least it should be able to be disabled.

We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status. -
ValidateID Signature - Collect Reason for Signature Rejection
Currently although the reason for refusal is requested when not signing a document, then this value is not available for use anywhere. ValidateID does have this option available (Signers.RejectionReason from "Operation Get Document Information"). It would be very useful to implement the option to collect this information as otherwise you have to go and ask the person who has refused to sign the document to find out the reason for the rejection.

One-Time Scheduling Option
On any job that includes a schedule option ... allow for a selection that would do a one-time only execution of the job.
For example I have a use case where I want to schedule a transfer job for my migration from on-premise to the cloud to happen overnight ... I'm not always available to manually kick off overnight jobs and putting them on a "fake" schedule is a less than ideal solution (I don't want to run the risk of duplicating data if I forget to disable the schedule in time). I have 8 years of data to move…

Grant access to create Baskets and File Cabinets to the API
When working within the API you have the ability to create users and assign them groups and roles. However, you still have to manually create Baskets for the users to use.
By the same token, now that you are able to export and import a valid XML for a FIle Cabinet to speed up creation, you should be able to create a method to allow passing of an XML (or FC class).
Once the idea for export/import Workflows is completed, it would be nice to have this functionality for that as well, as it will significantly speed up moving data…

Hide Uneeded Store Dialogs in Trays
Allow for store dialogs to be specifically hidden (possibly by File Cabinet reference) via a configuration within the tray.
For example:
The system has an Accounts Payable tray, which an administrator user is using, this tray allows them to see store dialogs for HR aswell.However, with the proposed idea you could turn off these extra store dialogs to reduce user error

User Synchronization Tool - Default Groups to "Skip During Synchronization"

The tool should default groups in the group matching tool to "Skip During Synchronization" instead of trying to create new groups for every one.Long backstory:
I am migrating from Docuware On-Premise to Docuware Online and the User Synchronization Tool is a huge step backwards. My AD structure is such that my DocuWare groups are in an OU with approxmiately 300 other security groups. During the setup wizard it allows me to specify OU containing my groups ... on the match screen it then wants to create over 300 new Docuware groups when I really only want…3 votes -
Assign to Role and Variable
Allow the ability to assign to a pre defined role and also to a variable.
Within the workflow I have a role variable which is defined by the path of the workflow.
I would like to assign the task to the ROLE and VARIABLE for approval but can only do one or the other.

Add your own fonts
It would be very helpful if the office internal font could be added to DocuWare. In our case it would be the source sans pro font.

stamps
Add option to display first and last name to stamp. Some of our usernames are generic for example Warehouseclerk01. Yet the First and last Name are assigned to a person Jon Doe. This would be nice to show on the stamp instead of user name.

Web Service Integration Improvements
DocuWare doesnt have the same abilities as SoapUI to process data from web services. See below
Docuware can’t process sub child XML elements and self-closing tag as a parameter.
SoupUI can process all standard data types while Docuware can accept Integer and Decimal but seems to inconsistently be able to access some string parameters
Some context objects in SoapUI aren't able to be interacted with in DocuWare because the data types aren't standard (string, decimal etc).

Automatic csv export for index in workflow manager
In the standard DocuWare function, there is a manual csv export on web client as the current method of csv export.
Many customers want to link CSV data to the ERP system, so they want to do this automatically instead of manually. In order to do it automatically, it is necessary to access the web service built on each customer by using the web service of workflow manager. (Programming required)
I would like to add an activity for csv export to the workflow manager to easily achieve this.
