Ability to take advantage of Microsoft SQL 2019 database encryption
We have sensitive documents inside DocuWare (HR, etc). Microsoft SQL 2019 offers database encryption. Currently DocuWare does not support this encryption. We feel this with the File Cabinet encryption currently in DocuWare would work great together. This would allowing for secure file cabinets, data, and documents.

Allow specifying of reply to in email actions
In the workflow designer when you use an Email Action, you should be able to specify a reply to address.

Allow usage of different SMTP Configuration in Workflows
You can create multiple SMTP Configurations but you cannot select different ones in workflow email tasks, you should be able to from a dropdown select which configuration you wish to use for that task, or at a workflow level select it as well.

Auto Fill fields by using multi-coloumn Auswahllisten
Scenario:
4 Entry Fields in Form - three mandatory, one optional. Optional can be filled by choosing en entry from multi-coloumn Auswahlliste.-> Fill the three mandatory fields with other entries from the Auswahlliste, when non-mandatory field is picked by user.
Example:
Public form to drop a onsite report.
Customer, Customer No. and Onsite Order Number are mandatory, transaction no. is optional.
Transaction No. is linked with the other information in an Auswahlliste.User can now manually enter the three mandatory infos, or by entering the correct Transaction No, the fields are autofilled.

Allow search inside workflow designer.
Allow search of keywords inside designer. It is very difficult to find where you may need to make changes to steps, dialogs or assignments in the workflow designer. This is especially true in large workflows. You should have the ability to search the entire workflow canvas for terms to easily isolate and change activities. Additionally, it would be useful to have a code view or code export to allow for better debugging and visibility into the workflow activity without having to use the GUI for all development.

connect to outlook exclude a extension
It will be really important to exclude the extensions of the files you would like to exclude. For example, if you do not want to upload '.docx' files, it will be very important.

Related documents also with table fields
In table fields I can store information on delivery notes, orders, etc..
This information can be duplicated if these are documents from the accounts payable cycle.
For this reason I need to store the number and date of the document to be linked to the invoice.
But it is not possible to create a document relationship config based on a table field.
This would in my opinion be a great functionality to implement.7 votes -
Wait for event to trigger on modification time change
In the Wait for event, the "Modification date" "has changed" seems to only trigger on the date change and not the time change.
We want to pause the workflow until the document has been updated with more information.2 votes -
Implement Microsoft HealthChecks Module
For large deployments it is important to have proper system health check capabilities. Client is requesting that you implement the Microsoft.Extensions.Diagnostics.HealthChecks module and define a /health, /shealth, or /healthz endpoint natively. This is of great importance in large deployments. One factor being that the load balancer will need health check information to avoid routing to a server with issues.

assign a form field as a global variable
I want to assign a form field that is not indexed as a global variable in Workflow Designer. I can't do that unless it is an index entry.
These fields on the form need to be changeable, but do not need to be indexed.

Update version of Apache Tomcat installed for Full-Text
Tomcat version 9.0.16 is installed by default. A newer version such as 9.0.63 should be used instead so that manual updates are not necessary.

Enhance Notifications to include more fields in the message
Would help if we can select multiple fields for the Notifications in the Message tab. Currently we can select one field and have it be a link. Would ALSO like to select other fields to show. For example:
Customer Name field
Date field
Information field
Document Name field - this one could be the one that is a linkThere could be multiple documents for the same customer with different dates, and it would be most useful to show this in the notification received.

Select multiple Workflow steps to move them around in order to insert a new step
In Workflow Designer, if I need to add a step near the top of a workflow, I find I have to move each step below it down, one at a time in order for it to fit right.
It would be great to click and select multiple steps and move them together.

Ability to disable a step in the Workflow Designer to bypass without having to delete it.
While working in Workflow Designer, I would like to be able to disable or hide the email notifications, while I test the main parts of the workflow.
Add a way to keep a step in a workflow connected to the workflow, but have it be ignored so the rest of the workflow can be tested.

Time picker
A basic option that is missing on the web forms designer is a time picker. The date one works great...now if we just had a time option that pulled up a clock on the mobile device or browser to easily and consistently set the time that would be great.

Documents in Stopped Workflows
The ability to be able to automatically update an index field of a document went the document has gone through a workflow, errors out, and you manually stop the workflow. We have a customer that scans so many invoices that if there is an error in one of the workflows, we could get 25 failed tasks before the error is updated. And then, they have to manually stop all of those workflows and resubmit the invoice, creating duplicate entries. But if when the workflow was stopped, an index field could be updated, we could use a deletion policy to delete…

Audit reports: log changes in system and organisation audits
In System Audit reports and Organization reports,
when a change is recorded, it would be useful to have evidence of what has been changed, as is already the case for File Cabinets.6 votes -
Linked documents based on table field.
Using a table field to record the information of the delivery notes / orders / etc linked to the invoice, it would be useful to be able to configure the linked documents based on the table field.
