Have the ability to add tabel field rows
Would be benificail to have tabels fields be able to add and multiple rows for entering line items
for example, you enter line item Unite cost and the quanity and have the total calculate under a 3rd column fpor the total cost of item..

Parallels tasks
Workflow designer is not able to create parallels tasks in a workflow. The parallel task activity is not designed to create differents parrallels tasks.
We use multiple workflows to do that but there is no way to have data exchanges between these workflows (except using indexes, but it's not very convenient). Do you plan to enable parallelization in workflow designer ?3 votes -
Update option for preconfigured solutions
A possibility to update from an older version of a preconfigured solution to a current version would be very helpful. Currently, the new features advertised in the DocuWare UserInfo have to be recreated in the old version of the preconfigured solution with a lot of effort. At some point it probably makes sense to make the move to a current version.

Multi Column Select Lists - Define which column is the stored value
In a multi-column select list, these are used as "Helpers" for the user to select a value from an SQL DB. If the user types the name from the first column, we want to provide five other columns to help them identify which one they want, things like address, active/inactive etc. I want to be able to allow them to select the one they want BUT only return or store when indexing the value in the 4th column, for Vendor ID and not the name they searched by in column 1.

User Management - Configurable Org Units
We have almost 200 users in DWare and would like additional fields available to each user account that can be used as org units or filtering when managing user accounts. I really want to add Dept and workgroup as additional sorting and filtering on the USER MGT PAGE. If you extended either ROLE or GROUP that already exist, that would be OK but really looking for labeling and filtering on that page.

Cloud Storage Status Page
We use DWare across multiple business units within the organization and as such need the ability to drill into storage use BY CABINET and not simply for our overall account. We use this data to track performance and for dept chargebacks and forecasting when business changes impact storage use.

A sync log feature that only logs the failed doc ids and not anything else
Add a user-friendly feature for the sync logs only to get the doc ids for the failed documents. Debug mode seems to get the doc ids; however, it can pick up on other errors that may make it difficult to find only the failed doc ids. If there's a way only to get the failed doc ids, that'll make it easier for the end user.

Restrict possibility to apply a Stamp based on document index fields
It would be useful to be able to restrict the possibility of applying a stamp on a document according to its indexes, some examples :
A stamp is intended for certain types of documents and has no purpose to be applied to others
A stamp can only be applied if the document is at a certain status
A stamp can only be applied if all the required fields have been completed
This would make it possible to propose processes in case management and optimize the user experience by displaying only the stamps that are useful for the document

Possibility of using variables/fields in the task description
In Task description, it would be useful to be able to enter values from a variable or an index field.
This would allow you to have a more complete description of the task to be carried out and to make the correct decision without having to select various decisions.For example, at the first step of the flow the operator enters a note, if I could have that note in the task description, the supervisor can choose between the two decisions without having to read the operator's note in the first decision and reject it with the second decision.

Trigger / Start a workflow after updating a table type field
Use case: A table field must be completed by users (by modifying the index) to validate a document.
A workflow is used to check if the table is complete.
The problem is that there is no possibility today to start/ Trigger a workflow based on the update of a table field.

Bring back the comment in case of a reject decision (Docusign connector)
When using Docusign webservices with Docuware. This is not possible to bring back the comment of Docusign.
However when a user is taking a decision into Docusign this is mandatory to add a comment in case of reject.And this could be really usefull for all webservice method of Docusign, especially the method AddNewDocumentMultiSigners.

Webhook audit logs
PROBLEM
I have a webhook setup that should be triggered when a doc is created or updated in a file cabinet. The REST API that is receiving the requests from the Docuware webhook is missing some data. I can see the logs of the REST API it looks like some requests from the Docuware webhook didn't get delivered.
The webhook that I'm referring to is not the one inside the workflow.SOLUTION

Trigger a Workflow or Autoindex upon version change.
It would be useful, when a new version of a document is archived, to trigger a task or autoindex.
Currently, it is not possible to trigger a process if the version of the document is changed4 votes -

Docuware Forms should be able to import Signature and creation of tables should be made available just like in MS Word.
Creating table in Docuware form just like MS Word and scanned signature can be imported as a signature.

Automatically reassigned inactive cloud user to a newly created user that does not have license
A newly created user should be able to login into DocuWare Cloud automatically because there will always be an inactive user in the cloud licenses provided.
