Workflow Dashboard for Reporting / Monitoring / Analysis
Provide a dashboard for the workflow that would allow an administrator or department manager the ability to view the status of all the documents in the workflow, see who has the document, how long they have had the document and provide the outputting of a full report on documents in the workflow with this information in a format that would allow the user to review the workflow activity to determine if there are bottlenecks, people not doing their jobs, more accurate tracking of time to process documents, etc.
Thank you for your idea. We added it to our collection of ideas and features and will further investigate it. We currently cannot say exactly when this idea will be implemented. As soon as we have more information we will update its status.

As a first step, the workflow history could be downloadable as a csv, like the Audit Reports already available. We would like to obtain Send Request information and it is neither a full workflow not an event that is recorded in the existing Audit Log.

Our customers need Matrix Dashboard Reporting, with pie charts, bar graphs and charts. Status reports are needed, such as:
1. Ability to monitor invoices scanned daily. Scanning throughput. Documents scanned per hour per user.
2. Ability to monitor invoices in queues. Time to complete processes per Invoice (scan date to complete date).
3. Ability to see the status of invoice in queue
4. Ability to run reports or automatically generate accrual report
5. Allow users to create Ad-Hoc reports -

This idea is quite aged. Is there any thought to improve the priority on this topic.

In my opinion, By far there should be a button at the user panel of our Docuware Workflow solution that could show the workflow or all the workflows status/history in a single dashboard, with 1 or 2 Graphics presented in a new window of the browser ... Analytics (no matter how simple they are) are KPIs, which take decision markers to decide for one tool or another when deciding to choosing a document workflow software. -

This would be great is we can generate reports on how long it takes for a document to go through the workflow or to push this into some sort of dashboard to at least see what's in there.
Maybe just train the DocuWare partners on how to do this so they can do that even if there is a cost associated but I also agree that for such an expensive module it should come with at least a basic reporting tool.

Urgent requirement for some form of monitoring tool of the workflow tasks within the Workflow Manager module to enable extraction of data from the tables to create reports statistics etc.
We have a particular client who requires this information to track processing from sales orders right through to the manufactured products which have time constraints to complete from start to finish. This type of information requirement is part of an UK accreditation the company has within their industry. -

Reporting tool requirement for Workflow Manager 6.1 onwards. For an expensive module it is essential a reporting tool is available to extract data. One of our clients have an requirement to audit how long orders are processed in the workflow to assess how long contract can be completed which carries penalties
