  1. More functions in folder result view

    It would be a great idea if the folder result in web client show the records paginated because if the result list have a lot of documents in a folder, the result take too many time to show it.

    Another great funcion is the possibily to filter the results in the colums as in a traditional result view, so you can have the document wanted easiest.

  2. Set internal lists as Multi-column lists

    Make the "internal lists" of the "indexing assistance" multi-column
    in order to be able to store additional information relating to users, roles and groups, and cross-reference this data.

    This would be a practical and useful function in forms, workflows, etc.

  3. The information of the seconds

    The column "created on" would be good to see hour, minute and second of the creation of the file, so it would be easier to group different files added at the same time (invoice + cmr) that come in the same email.

    Hi,

    We have a lot of searchbox and list in DW.
    Would it be possible to be able to class views (lists and searchboxes) in "folders" (managed by admin) ?
    If it's not possible, if users could set an order in the views so they could find the one they want easier.

  5. Allow the ability to set column size on Table fields

    Many times you have columns that always have a set number of characters, but he column is always wider and needs to be resized by each user. Many of my clients would prefer the column size be set to the size needed when the data is a set number of characters.

  7. Changeable label names have to display as column name in CSV files exported from DocuWare List.

    When manually CSV exporting from DocuWare List, the column name of the exported CSV file is not the label name defined in DocuWare List of configuration. The database field names are displayed in exported CSV file.

    The DocuWare CSV Export Tool can solve this problem, but customers who cannot install desktop apps will not be able to use this tool. It is necessary to get CSV file from the list of Web Client.

    Expected result :
    The label name displayed in the List is displayed in the CSV file instead of the field name in the database.

    It would be nice to have scroll bar when opening the list tab. Right now, if we have lots of lists configured, is difficult to view all of them.

  9. Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List."

    Is it possible to calculate a total while view a "List." For example, if you create a "Paid by Credit Card" list, one of the headers will show a "Gross_Amount" and other information about the document. Is it possible to generate a total for such a column at the bottom of that window/tab?

  13. add "copy to..." to all result lists

    The function in the context menu "copy to another document tray" is only available for the embedded search result list in the main docuware windows. As soon as I share this result list or open it in a different window i don't see the "copy to ...." function anymore. It's user and browser independent.

  14. Have the "Document locked" message display larger and longer

    Our internal department has requested that when a 2nd user attempts to open a document that another user has opened in a task list that the "Document is locked by" message window be larger and over the document image longer before it fades away (or stay until ok is clicked). They state that it is easy for a user to not see the message before it disappears as they are working on multiple monitors and multiple applications all day long.

  16. Allow customization to the tab that opens with the RELATED ITEMS feature

    Love that we're able to right click in the list view and find related items. Sometimes I have multiple lists based on those related items and if we were able to name it something unique to the original item then it'd be easier to navigate my many open list views. If I right click a document to find related items and it searches by CUSTOMER NAME then the tab that opens could be that customer name instead of the name of the DOCUMENT RELATIONS JOB.

  17. Ability to apply Result List dialogs to a List dialog's results

    Currently docuware lists allows for only manual selection of fields for results of a list. We have dozens of lists that would follow the same fieldsm. Having the ability to select a result dialog for list's result would make this process much easier at scale.

  19. Implement a filter/search button to search for a value in a list

    We have many lists for our large user group. When someone asks us to add or remove a value in a list, to my knowledge, there is no way to select a list then run a search to find if a value already exists. This is especially true where we have multi column lists.

    It would be nice to be able to do a Search & Replace on all docs in DocuWare by searching on a specific field and typing first what your looking for and then replacing it with.
