Change languaje - file cabinet and fields
I suggest to translate to different languages, not only the web interface and the system entries, you could also add the name of the file cabinets and their fields.

Date Format. Can format be set at system level as opossed to each user . European format rather than US
We have found that the date is set to US format. We are in Europe so want to have the format set to European. Support tell us that this can be done locally for each user. Would it be possible to set this at a system level rather than relying on the user to do it.

If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.The DocuWare Web Client determines regional settings automatically by using the browser settings. If the users browser is set to englisch (US) then the user will automatically see US formatted dates.

File Type Icon in Web Client [...]
Please update the Web Client file format template to include .txt and .msg files when storing through the Explorer Client. See attached for discrepancies. These documents were all stored via Explorer Client, but don't display their file types in the Web Client.

Graphics are outdated
Very boxy and basic looking. Tool bars and tabs would be easier to use.

DocuWare Mobile & DocuWare Web Client
A customer came to me today and I have been advised to put it on the user voice to see if it gains any traction.
Basically they want to restrict the DocuWare Mobile app so that only certain users will be able to retrieve information from the app. This can be done either via cabinet restrictions or user permissions.1 vote -

There are some situations, like if there is a guest user account or if there are certain security requirements for users, where restricting access to change usernames, passwords, tool visibility, etc. could be helpful.

Request to Fix 422 Error: JSON Field Order Should Not Cause Update Table Field Values to Fail
I am encountering an issue with the Update Table Field Values REST API. When I change the order of elements in the JSON request body, the API returns a 422 error.Since JSON does not inherently guarantee order, could we request a modification to the implementation?

Ability to change the field order/visibility of the fields in the pop-up preview window of a table field in a Results List or List.
Ability to change the field order/visibility of the fields in the pop-up preview window of a table field in a Results List or List.
Currently, when you hover over a table field in a results list, it shows the first 4 columns of the table (in the order they were created).
Users would like the ability to choose which columns appear in this view and change the order.
This would be an incredible time saver so they don't need to open the info dialog or right click and edit index entries to see a preview of the table.

Drop the 'title' (e.g. Mr. Mrs. Ms.) from user configuration.
Titles like that impose binary gender roles on all people, and that might not always be appropriate and is never necessary.

Add a new version to a document stored in a file cabinet
We would like to be able to add a new version to a document stored in a cabinet from the right-click menu "Add Version...", from the list of results.
This without having to "Check out to review" or "Copy to..." a basket.1 vote -
Make Docuware FIPS compliant
Some client who use Docuware or want to use Docuware do business with Government agencies which require to be FIPS complaint. Docuware can not be used if not FIPS complaint in this scenario.

language mapping for index fields when creating
When creating indexfields you create those in one language. But if you need multiple languages they are not supported yet.
A simple solution could be, that after creating the index field you can add the translation to those fields in the desired language.1 vote -
Export Function - Select Page Range
It common to need to send a selected range of pages from a document. With only the current page, the document or the file as options now we find users taking quite a few extra steps (equals more time consumed) in order to email out a few selected pages from a document

When a user makes a check-out on a document, he may make a mistake : for example erasing all the indexes by replacing the first page of the document.
Is it possible to have a warning message when the user is about to erase all the indexes ?

Transfer Funktion Ereignis basiert
Es wäre sehr hilfreich, wenn man einen Transfer, ähnlich wie ein Auto-Index, ereignisbasiert starten könnte. Aktuell kann man nur minimal alle 10 Minuten Dokumente von einem Archiv in ein anderes transportieren, die gewisse Indexeinträge vorweisen können.
Besser wäre es diese Dokumente direkt zu transferieren, sobald ein bestimmter Index gesetzt wurde.
Hintergrund ist, dass wir gerne Dokumente aus Vorlagen automatisch bei bestimmten Ereignissen im Archiv erstellen (transferieren) lassen möchten.Vielen Dank.
