  2. Add functions "Copy to.." and "Quick copy to..." in Tools Box

    In the tools box, it will be interesting to add functions "Copy to.." and "Quick copy to..." which are available in search list.
    Like as send and download tools, you can choose to copy file, document or page and after copy you 'll have the choice to delete the copied file, document or page.

  3. Adding more document format via the viewer

    Hi all,

    It will be great to expand DocuWare market in order to add aditonal format to the viewer. See attachment with file I need.

  4. Add the ability to adjust the layout of the preview pane to be above or below the tray.

    To better fit on a Portrait mode monitor, please add a setting to the preview pane to switch it from being next to the tray to being either below or above the tray. This will allow for a much higher density of information in a single window with the preview pane when viewing on a portrait monitor, which is popular for document viewing.

  5. Archive EML files in Docuware with attachment

    Our company wants a very necessary feature. We consider it necessary that if we want to archive an email, this is done completely and thus legally secure. The EML file should be placed with attachment in Docuware and be visible in the Viewer with multiple pages. We ask you to integrate this feature. Sincerely, F. Tasche Himmel u.   6. improve iconography

    For a quick overview, would it be possible to improve the iconography of the results list? To know:
    - the icon "document with trombone" already exists.
    - The document format also exists.
    - Missing the indication of an annotated document.
    - Missing the indication of a stapled document.
    - Missing the version indication.

    Hi,

    We need to know directly in a result list if a document has already been read by the current user.

    The use case is:
    As a user, I need to know if I have already read a document

  8. Using keyword field in windows explorer client

    Hi,

    We use Docuware to store a lot of data, and we use windows explorer client to access them. Each document as several Keyword field.

    We want to use this keyword field in the windows Explorer. My document being in several virtual directory.

    The file formats is becoming very standard for designer application...
    It should be great if we could support it

  11. Mobile App

    For the sales team, mobile Docuware could be a game changer for providing better customer service! Please add the ability to view my tray, share/send documents, and apply filtering options. The search option is great, but it would be valuable to see a list of documents.

  12. allow filters on stamp configuration

    Currently, some of my customers have a ton of stamps with no way to sort other than get into the admin tool.

    Would like to maybe add a filter such as the ones allowed for Related Docs. That way you can tie the appearance of particular stamps to rely on the metadata of the document. (INVOICE doctype would show AP related stamps)

    When you have many stamp it is difficult for the user to know which to choose. The list should be limited according to, for example, the type of document or its state etc.

  14. Configure & disable order of fields in all lists

    Currently in settings, under the “Searches” tab, there is the option to configure and disable columns that you see in your search results dialog. It would be very helpful to have this same option for every list under the "Lists” tab to move around and disable certain columns. I know you can currently configure what LISTS you want to see and in what order but I’d like to be able to do that to the columns within the lists.

  15. Allow users to change the background color of the web client

    We have AutoCAD drawings that have lighter colored lines and it is hard to see on the white background.

  16. Possibility to call Specific players for specific files

    Possibility to call an external application for the consultation of specific files, for ex. an .swf file must be open by a flash player.
    When we try to open this kind of file, the viewer calls the program that was defined in advance.

  17. Default the arrow and page up/down keys to page and document flipping in the write version

    In our read-only version, the arrow keys flip through pages. The page up/down keys flip through documents. However, in the write version, the focus in on the text box, so these keys don't flip through pages or documents. You have to change the focus by clicking on the document in the viewer to reset the keys to flipping. You must do this every time a new document is opened. I absolutely see the benefits of having the text box selected by default, but it would also be nice to flip through things with keyboard shortcuts by default. Thanks for listening.

  18. Go directly to the page that contains that indexed value

    The ability to go directly to the page that contains that indexed value. For example, If I index a value on page #5 out of document that has 20 pages (a multi-page PDF) and when I search/retrieve for that value, it takes me directly to view page #5 without scrolling the pages. The idea is to click on an index value on the left pane, the document viewer on the right pane brings to page #5 without doing a full text search.

  19. Ability to change colors in web viewer, result lists...

    Highlighted rows in the result list changed from blue to grey when we updated to 6.7. Allow admins to control style colors or have alternative style sheet themes.

  20. Crop (through) document in the web basket

    If you scan a document in the webbasket, it's note possible to crop it if the document is skewed. We the old Windows Client, we had a special fonction the make it right, to adjust it
