Expand the SQL scripting window in the Deletion policy.
Expand the SQL scripting window in the Deletion policy. This should be easy to make the dialog box expandable via a code change and not fixed size. Seems like this was just an oversight.

Add a table variable to workflow designer
A table variable is very usefull. For now we have to create a table field index to work with in WF. That's not a good workaround and lack flexibility.

Have a box to permenant delete right from delete & transfer configurations
When using Transfer to send documents to another cabinet and deleting from the original, all the delete ones go to the recycle bin. This can look like a massive number of documents are deleted and make it hard to find the other user deleted documents. There should be a choice in the transfer and delete configurations where, if checked, it will not send them to the recycle bin.

Keywords should be fully supported in autoindexing and document relations -- "Contained by" operator
As of writing, keyword fields seem to only be half-heartedly supported by DocuWare.
One of the biggest issues with keyword fields is that we have a "Contains" operator that can be used in autoindexing and document relations, yet we don't have a "Contained by" operator. This means that while we can include a related document that has a keyword which contains a text field in our starting document, it is impossible to make the inverse document relation, where a starting document matches its keyword field against other documents' text fields. Allow option in Workflow Tasks boxes to move and/or delete documents. Often documents need to be worked on separately in another area.

Possibility of using variables/fields in the task description
In Task description, it would be useful to be able to enter values from a variable or an index field.
This would allow you to have a more complete description of the task to be carried out and to make the correct decision without having to select various decisions.For example, at the first step of the flow the operator enters a note, if I could have that note in the task description, the supervisor can choose between the two decisions without having to read the operator's note in the first decision and reject it with the second decision.

Keep first page field data for entire batch when additional split by doctype
It would be great to have a check box in Document Processing in the Split on section that says keep fiest page data. This way for back file scanning a first page with the bulk if the field data for a personnel file can be created and then additional split sheets can be created for just the document type. So one batch scan would file an entire employees file but break it into doctype with all the field data from the first page.

Trigger / Start a workflow after updating a table type field
Use case: A table field must be completed by users (by modifying the index) to validate a document.
A workflow is used to check if the table is complete.
The problem is that there is no possibility today to start/ Trigger a workflow based on the update of a table field.

Webhook audit logs
PROBLEM
I have a webhook setup that should be triggered when a doc is created or updated in a file cabinet. The REST API that is receiving the requests from the Docuware webhook is missing some data. I can see the logs of the REST API it looks like some requests from the Docuware webhook didn't get delivered.
The webhook that I'm referring to is not the one inside the workflow.SOLUTION

Allow usage of different SMTP Configuration in Workflows
You can create multiple SMTP Configurations but you cannot select different ones in workflow email tasks, you should be able to from a dropdown select which configuration you wish to use for that task, or at a workflow level select it as well.

Parallels tasks
Workflow designer is not able to create parallels tasks in a workflow. The parallel task activity is not designed to create differents parrallels tasks.
We use multiple workflows to do that but there is no way to have data exchanges between these workflows (except using indexes, but it's not very convenient). Do you plan to enable parallelization in workflow designer ?3 votes -
Update option for preconfigured solutions
A possibility to update from an older version of a preconfigured solution to a current version would be very helpful. Currently, the new features advertised in the DocuWare UserInfo have to be recreated in the old version of the preconfigured solution with a lot of effort. At some point it probably makes sense to make the move to a current version.

Restrict possibility to apply a Stamp based on document index fields
It would be useful to be able to restrict the possibility of applying a stamp on a document according to its indexes, some examples :
A stamp is intended for certain types of documents and has no purpose to be applied to others
A stamp can only be applied if the document is at a certain status
A stamp can only be applied if all the required fields have been completed
This would make it possible to propose processes in case management and optimize the user experience by displaying only the stamps that are useful for the document

Add Keyword support for Result List
Add the ability to show keyword fields in result lists. Today we use workflows to trigger when the keyword fields change to then export the keyword values to a comma separated list into a Text field. We then display that text field in the result list. This creates a lot of extra processing on the docuware side to keep that text field updated. If we had a way to show the keyword in the result list (where we pick the separator) it would remove all this complexity.

Multi Column Select Lists - Define which column is the stored value
In a multi-column select list, these are used as "Helpers" for the user to select a value from an SQL DB. If the user types the name from the first column, we want to provide five other columns to help them identify which one they want, things like address, active/inactive etc. I want to be able to allow them to select the one they want BUT only return or store when indexing the value in the 4th column, for Vendor ID and not the name they searched by in column 1.

Would be benificail to have tabels fields be able to add and multiple rows for entering line items
for example, you enter line item Unite cost and the quanity and have the total calculate under a 3rd column fpor the total cost of item..
