Add a "Clear Form" option / button
With the newly added auto populating of selective select list fields. The potential for an error that can not be remedied is evident. If an auto populated field is read only for example, even if you change the initially selected field via X and new drop down selection, it does not correct the other fields.

Allow search inside workflow designer.
Allow search of keywords inside designer. It is very difficult to find where you may need to make changes to steps, dialogs or assignments in the workflow designer. This is especially true in large workflows. You should have the ability to search the entire workflow canvas for terms to easily isolate and change activities. Additionally, it would be useful to have a code view or code export to allow for better debugging and visibility into the workflow activity without having to use the GUI for all development.

Creating lists of users within groups/roles.
We need to be able to create lists of users within a role or group.
In on premise systems it is possible to make a query to generate such lists. On the cloud, SQL statements being disabled (!), this is not possible.
These lists would make it possible to have a dynamic list of users without needing support tables to be maintained manually.4 votes -
Allow specifying of reply to in email actions
In the workflow designer when you use an Email Action, you should be able to specify a reply to address.

Web Forms: Possibility to add tables
It will be great if we had the possibility of adding tables to web forms and also indexing them to an existing table database field.

Administrative Notification Options for Setting or User Changes
It would be very useful to have real-time audit notification for changes in the system. As an administrator I want to be notified of any Administrative changes to Users or controls. Ideally you would be able to select which notification you want to receive and these notifications would only be available to users with administrator access.

Allow the ability to set column size in Result or List result dialogs for all users
Allow the ability to set column size in Result or List result dialogs for all users. Today all users need to adjust column size to fit data across the screen. My clients would like to have those set to the optimum width when the dialogs is created.

Related documents also with table fields
In table fields I can store information on delivery notes, orders, etc..
This information can be duplicated if these are documents from the accounts payable cycle.
For this reason I need to store the number and date of the document to be linked to the invoice.
But it is not possible to create a document relationship config based on a table field.
This would in my opinion be a great functionality to implement.7 votes -
Limit which AD users are synced to the DW Cloud
Currently when you choose which OU to sync from using the User Synchronization utility, the tool will bring in all users of that OU. Instead, the tool should only import the users who are mapped to a DocuWare group. This should work in the same manner that user synchronization works for on-prem systems. It is not uncommon that it is required to point at the top level OU to get the users that we want even though we do not want all users.

A sync log feature that only logs the failed doc ids and not anything else
Add a user-friendly feature for the sync logs only to get the doc ids for the failed documents. Debug mode seems to get the doc ids; however, it can pick up on other errors that may make it difficult to find only the failed doc ids. If there's a way only to get the failed doc ids, that'll make it easier for the end user.

Docuware Forms should be able to import Signature and creation of tables should be made available just like in MS Word.
Creating table in Docuware form just like MS Word and scanned signature can be imported as a signature.

Automatically reassigned inactive cloud user to a newly created user that does not have license
A newly created user should be able to login into DocuWare Cloud automatically because there will always be an inactive user in the cloud licenses provided.

Add more DW printers for the source applications to choose amoung
Users cannot now choose what local printer the hardcopy will goto.
Sometimes they just want to store the doc into DW without generating paper printouts.

Add the ability to link select lists to an index field of a File Cabinet in Forms
In Forms, select lists available are only the ones "manually" created as "single column" or "multiple columns".
It would be great to allow select lists based on an index field in a File Cabinet. For Example : select list based on an index named "Customer" in a dedicated File cabinet, which could be updated/populated via other datas' assignments in a WF, after sending the Form.
This way the select list would be always up to date, with no need to add manually a new entry in the "fixed" select list or update any csv file or FTP file as well.…2 votes -
Linked documents based on table field.
Using a table field to record the information of the delivery notes / orders / etc linked to the invoice, it would be useful to be able to configure the linked documents based on the table field.

Select multiple Workflow steps to move them around in order to insert a new step
In Workflow Designer, if I need to add a step near the top of a workflow, I find I have to move each step below it down, one at a time in order for it to fit right.
It would be great to click and select multiple steps and move them together.

Implement Microsoft HealthChecks Module
For large deployments it is important to have proper system health check capabilities. Client is requesting that you implement the Microsoft.Extensions.Diagnostics.HealthChecks module and define a /health, /shealth, or /healthz endpoint natively. This is of great importance in large deployments. One factor being that the load balancer will need health check information to avoid routing to a server with issues.
