Add Webhooks to preconfigured solutions
At the moment webhooks are not saved to a preconfigured solution. That means that all webhooks will have to be put in place manually after installing the preconfigured solution.
This is a somewhat unexpected behaviour and installing all webhooks takes time and can lead to errors later on.

Add possibility to configure request body for web services/validators
In the Web Services configuration module there is no possibility to configure request body.
Said possibility is already present in the Webhooks configuration module and in Workflow Designer for web service blocks - they overwrite the default request body; they could overwrite the custom one as well (or have it as an option) and it should not be a problem (since validator would be used on store and info/edit dialogs).
If added, this would enable developers to send less data to a webservice (e.g. we need only 2 out of 150 fields from a store dialog to validate), allowing us…

Ability for Azure AD User Sync not to overwrite usernames once they have been manually adjusted
In User Sync V2 Tool, which is the only available option for user synchronization in DocuWare Cloud, when synchronizing the users with Azure Cloud, you can only use the UNP and the EmailPrefix for usernames in DocuWare. Those two attributes contain the same data and are not at all user-friendly options for usernames to work with. When you adjust the usernames manually to get usable usernames in DocuWare, the next time the Sync job runs all the usernames are being overwritten. Overwriting the usernames practically does not allow using anything other for username in DocuWare apart from the e-mail prefix.…

Provide permanent deletion tickbox within Deletion Policy
I suggest a tick box in the Deletion Policy configuration to bypass the recycle bin and permanently delete documents. This is especially important for Cloud customers since the consumed archive space will only be released after the final deletion of documents (a manual process if executed before the 30 days) and also because it can take up to 4 hours to see the actual storage reduction. I can see other reasons why this feature would be leveraged: customers running low on archive space who may want to delete a large quantity of documents, engineers wanting to repopulate a cabinet, etc.

Allow for the storage of Linked Excel files while retaining the links between the files.

Include the ability to access a particular Branding configuration in a DocuSign workflow
In DocuSign it's possible to configure different "Brands" so you can send documents for signature with different company logos. It would be nice if we could specify the Brand ID we want to use in the integration workflow. This is already available in the DocuSign API but it would be nice to have in the DW published service as it is so much simpler to use than the DocuSign API.

Signature Web Service - DocuSign - Ability to send multiple documents for an enveloppe to multiple signees
The signature web service allow to send a document to multiple signee or to send multiple sections to one signee. There is no way to send multiple sections of a document to multiple signees or even better, to send multiple documents (differents DocIds) to multiple signees. DocuSign can do that, why the DocuWare signature web service does not allow this ?

Add a table variable to workflow designer
A table variable is very usefull. For now we have to create a table field index to work with in WF. That's not a good workaround and lack flexibility.

Keywords should be fully supported in autoindexing and document relations -- "Contained by" operator
As of writing, keyword fields seem to only be half-heartedly supported by DocuWare.
One of the biggest issues with keyword fields is that we have a "Contains" operator that can be used in autoindexing and document relations, yet we don't have a "Contained by" operator. This means that while we can include a related document that has a keyword which contains a text field in our starting document, it is impossible to make the inverse document relation, where a starting document matches its keyword field against other documents' text fields. Dynamic Text Size for a Merge Field
Please add an option for the text size to be Dynamic. Basically when the text entered on the feild is longer than what is on the Merge Document, then the text gets cut off. If there was a simple check box for Dynamic text, then when the text entered on the form was longer than the merge document field, it would automatically resize small enough to fit into the merge field.

Document Processing General Email
In Email from Outlook it is possible to configure a document processing, it would be great to be able to do the same while using General EMail configuration.

Expand the SQL scripting window in the Deletion policy.
Expand the SQL scripting window in the Deletion policy. This should be easy to make the dialog box expandable via a code change and not fixed size. Seems like this was just an oversight.

Have a box to permenant delete right from delete & transfer configurations
When using Transfer to send documents to another cabinet and deleting from the original, all the delete ones go to the recycle bin. This can look like a massive number of documents are deleted and make it hard to find the other user deleted documents. There should be a choice in the transfer and delete configurations where, if checked, it will not send them to the recycle bin.

Trigger / Start a workflow after updating a table type field
Use case: A table field must be completed by users (by modifying the index) to validate a document.
A workflow is used to check if the table is complete.
The problem is that there is no possibility today to start/ Trigger a workflow based on the update of a table field.

Allow option in Workflow Tasks boxes to move and/or delete documents. Often documents need to be worked on separately in another area.

Possibility of using variables/fields in the task description
In Task description, it would be useful to be able to enter values from a variable or an index field.
This would allow you to have a more complete description of the task to be carried out and to make the correct decision without having to select various decisions.For example, at the first step of the flow the operator enters a note, if I could have that note in the task description, the supervisor can choose between the two decisions without having to read the operator's note in the first decision and reject it with the second decision.

Update option for preconfigured solutions
A possibility to update from an older version of a preconfigured solution to a current version would be very helpful. Currently, the new features advertised in the DocuWare UserInfo have to be recreated in the old version of the preconfigured solution with a lot of effort. At some point it probably makes sense to make the move to a current version.

Keep first page field data for entire batch when additional split by doctype
It would be great to have a check box in Document Processing in the Split on section that says keep fiest page data. This way for back file scanning a first page with the bulk if the field data for a personnel file can be created and then additional split sheets can be created for just the document type. So one batch scan would file an entire employees file but break it into doctype with all the field data from the first page.
