  2. Parallels tasks

    Workflow designer is not able to create parallels tasks in a workflow. The parallel task activity is not designed to create differents parrallels tasks.
    We use multiple workflows to do that but there is no way to have data exchanges between these workflows (except using indexes, but it's not very convenient). Do you plan to enable parallelization in workflow designer ?

  3. Update option for preconfigured solutions

    A possibility to update from an older version of a preconfigured solution to a current version would be very helpful. Currently, the new features advertised in the DocuWare UserInfo have to be recreated in the old version of the preconfigured solution with a lot of effort. At some point it probably makes sense to make the move to a current version.

  4. Restrict possibility to apply a Stamp based on document index fields

    It would be useful to be able to restrict the possibility of applying a stamp on a document according to its indexes, some examples :

    • A stamp is intended for certain types of documents and has no purpose to be applied to others

    • A stamp can only be applied if the document is at a certain status

    • A stamp can only be applied if all the required fields have been completed

    This would make it possible to propose processes in case management and optimize the user experience by displaying only the stamps that are useful for the document

  5. Add Keyword support for Result List

    Add the ability to show keyword fields in result lists. Today we use workflows to trigger when the keyword fields change to then export the keyword values to a comma separated list into a Text field. We then display that text field in the result list. This creates a lot of extra processing on the docuware side to keep that text field updated. If we had a way to show the keyword in the result list (where we pick the separator) it would remove all this complexity.

  6. Multi Column Select Lists - Define which column is the stored value

    In a multi-column select list, these are used as "Helpers" for the user to select a value from an SQL DB. If the user types the name from the first column, we want to provide five other columns to help them identify which one they want, things like address, active/inactive etc. I want to be able to allow them to select the one they want BUT only return or store when indexing the value in the 4th column, for Vendor ID and not the name they searched by in column 1.
    In short - Would like to have definable columns…

  7. Have the ability to add tabel field rows

    Would be benificail to have tabels fields be able to add and multiple rows for entering line items

    for example, you enter line item Unite cost and the quanity and have the total calculate under a 3rd column fpor the total cost of item..

  8. Bring back the comment in case of a reject decision (Docusign connector)

    When using Docusign webservices with Docuware. This is not possible to bring back the comment of Docusign.
    However when a user is taking a decision into Docusign this is mandatory to add a comment in case of reject.

    And this could be really usefull for all webservice method of Docusign, especially the method AddNewDocumentMultiSigners.

  9. Allow multi-column lists to be used in stamps

    When assigning a multi-column list to a stamp value, it only selects the first value that shows up in the list instead of displaying all columns that may exist. It would be nice to allow multi-column lists in stamps to be displayed and searched on.

  10. The "Overwrite previous field data with this stamp" does not work for hidden field on the "Store Dialog".

    If applying the stamp beforehand the pre-index data will not change if the field is hidden and has a default value.

    Please improve it so that the index can be updated by stamp even if it is hidden and custom value is set on Store Dialog.

  11. Use of different Sending Mail Services in Workflow

    I suggest to implement the feature which let you choose between diffrent "sending mail services" within the workflow "send e-mail" option

  12. User Management - Configurable Org Units

    We have almost 200 users in DWare and would like additional fields available to each user account that can be used as org units or filtering when managing user accounts. I really want to add Dept and workgroup as additional sorting and filtering on the USER MGT PAGE. If you extended either ROLE or GROUP that already exist, that would be OK but really looking for labeling and filtering on that page.

  13. Cloud Storage Status Page

    We use DWare across multiple business units within the organization and as such need the ability to drill into storage use BY CABINET and not simply for our overall account. We use this data to track performance and for dept chargebacks and forecasting when business changes impact storage use.

  14. Trigger a Workflow or Autoindex upon version change.

    It would be useful, when a new version of a document is archived, to trigger a task or autoindex.
    Currently, it is not possible to trigger a process if the version of the document is changed

    Move the files in error to a specific folder when importing.

  16. Web Forms: Auto number to increase when the form is submitted, not opened

    The auto number used in a web form increases every time the form is opened, not submitted. I was expecting to be increased every time the form gets submitted, as we use the auto number to identify the form.

  17. Add a "Clear Form" option / button

    With the newly added auto populating of selective select list fields. The potential for an error that can not be remedied is evident. If an auto populated field is read only for example, even if you change the initially selected field via X and new drop down selection, it does not correct the other fields.

    Improve the functionality of the test mode so that it predictable works all the way through a workflow.

  19. Allow search inside workflow designer.

    Allow search of keywords inside designer. It is very difficult to find where you may need to make changes to steps, dialogs or assignments in the workflow designer. This is especially true in large workflows. You should have the ability to search the entire workflow canvas for terms to easily isolate and change activities. Additionally, it would be useful to have a code view or code export to allow for better debugging and visibility into the workflow activity without having to use the GUI for all development.

  20. Creating lists of users within groups/roles.

    We need to be able to create lists of users within a role or group.
    In on premise systems it is possible to make a query to generate such lists. On the cloud, SQL statements being disabled (!), this is not possible.
    These lists would make it possible to have a dynamic list of users without needing support tables to be maintained manually.
