Nate French supported this idea ·An error occurred while saving the comment Nate French commentedThis would be amazing!! Sometimes still it is impossible to capture a signature at the time of form creation (multiple parties, document will be effective in the future, etc) So to simply re-scan and entirely index would be super killer.
While you're in there, it only makes sense to put a multi choice option what to do with the scanned one, relative to the original generated one (clip before, clip after, entirely replace, store separately)

Thank you for your idea. Right now we are focusing on other topics, so we are not considering this idea for future releases. If the demand for this topic increases, we might add it to future plans.
An error occurred while saving the comment Nate French commentedYes please! I love this idea of having a dialog configuration profile (even if it is just one default one) which can be applied to dialogs.
For the field order especially so. In so many implementations, ordering the fields in multiple dialogs with dozens of fields is no trivial thing. The opportunity for error is multiplied by the number of dialogs. Checking for those inevitable errors is just as tedious.

An error occurred while saving the comment Nate French commentedCan we then call this the DEFAULT ORDER so that we can apply this order to dialogs? I'm picturing being able to tick off all the dialogs which should inherit the same order of the main arrangement.

An error occurred while saving the comment Nate French commentedBut yes, I agree that it would be helpful to have the nesting. AS LONG AS you can rearrange things, or insert something new in a nested position.
An error occurred while saving the comment Nate French commentedYou can use the uppercase "OR" operator in the conditions! I often do something like this:
Status [ is equal ] New OR Pending
AND
DocType [ is equal ] Email OR Memo OR Letter
AND
...I'm not sure it would make any sense to reverse the positions of the ORs and ANDs there .. I guess, well, unless you're using "Contains" as the operator.
You can also use the "is not equal" operator such like:
Vendor [ is not equal ] Roguey McRulebreaker

An error occurred while saving the comment Nate French commentedThis would be a huge improvement for all of the complex workflows I've done... as long as this workflow-wide exception catcher is optional per error output!
Even hiding the red lines would be helpful. See also: https://docuware.uservoice.com/forums/230572-configuration-english/suggestions/18565945-allow-error-links-to-be-hidden-in-workflow-designe

An error occurred while saving the comment Nate French commentedThe ability to manually expire a license in use (e.g. a ghost session) would indeed be very helpful to have in the license usage window of the Admin Tool. It even could be a context-menu when right-clicking on the license in use.

An error occurred while saving the comment Nate French commentedOther context menu permissions as well, such as "reassign task to another user" shouldn't be available to everyone all the time.

An error occurred while saving the comment Nate French commentedIt went away when Silverlight went away for Document Tray configurations.
Thankfully this is back now in 6.12 -- see page 16 of the What's New document.

Thank you for your contribution. We are now working on a new version of the Workflow Designer, which will bring a whole new user experience, so we set this wish to “Planned”.
I’d like to point out that a couple of things are possible in the meantime, like reordering decision and now also reordering data assignments. Multiselect will come with the new version.
In case of changing size and shape of the activities, we are not planning to do this currently.
I’d be happy to learn why and how this would help you in your daily work.Nate French supported this idea ·
Furthermore, the value of this delay should be published so that systems can be configured to know how soon to check on a transfer which stopped. Assuming 20s delay, if no data has been transferred in the last 12 seconds, the client can know to hurry up and refresh the directory so that it can resume / overwrite / delete and retry the transfer.
