  1. Add text formatting to workflow tasks

    My users want to bold and italicize important text for emphasis within workflow tasks. We currently can't do this. I think adding support for HTML <b> and <i> tags in workflow task Text descriptions could be useful.

  2. Ability to design texts shown in a WFM stamp

    In some cases, if you show the texts of a keyword, the text grow width. It causes the stamp is few pleasant visibly. The config should be such the old stamps where you can enter a return of line for each element.

  4. Fill keyword variable and/or table with REST response that contains an array

    When using REST/POST to retrieve data from an external system the results frequently contain arrays of data. Allow the capture of the array data in to a keyword or table with the option to concatenate multiple properties of the into a single kw row. Currently if the result contains an array each item in the array or even each property of each item has to be manually mapped to a variable.

  5. duplicate workflow decisions

    I often have to create similar workflow decisions, only with a slight change in an index modification (eg. document status). I'd like to have an option to copy/paste my decision inside a workflow task;

  6. give the opportunity to easily create a link to a workflow task / set of tasks from the web client

    From a task, as a workflow controller or simple user, I would like to get a link that I would share either by email, copy/paste, or Teams.

  7. Assign workflow controllers via roles

    Typically there are many different workflows where for example the Accounting users should be workflow controllers so that they can keep an eye on everyone's tasks. It would be very helpful to be able to assign a Role in to be the workflow controllers so that User Management becomes much easier with staff changes...

  9. Enable a workflow to be stopped following a change in metadata

    Once a workflow has been started and a task has been created, the only ways to stop it are : Validation of this task by a user or a manual interruption by a workflow controller
    It would be nice to be able to stop a workflow and cancel tasks automatically by changing the metadata.

    Customer needs may require it

    Provide a search box for workflow tasks for users to quickly and easily find a particular task/document within that workflow as task lists can get very lengthy.

  13. Allow access to cookies when making a REST request

    When making a connection to a REST service, allow access to the cookies both when making the request and from the response. There are web services (ie Docuware) that use auth cookies that are sent to the client that need to be included when making further requests.

  14. Add option to choose which result list workflow emails with document links use, instead of default result list only

    When you "add link to document" from a workflow email node, that link will only and always use the default result list which is not always ideal.

  15. Be able to send recurring reminders in a workflow task

    Would be nice if we can send recurring reminders in a workflow task until it has been actioned. For example, "send a reminder email every x days".

  16. In Workflow Task Escalations add reroute in Out of office settings

    Using substitution rules is a hassle. Please just add a reroute option if the assigned user to a task is set to "out of office". This way a task can be reassigned easily directly in the Work Flow Designer.

  17. Add possibility to put "Fixed, Index,.." as parameter of a Webservice (not only global variables)

    When we are in the WorkFlow we can call a webservice. Currently, we could only put 'global variable' as parameter of the webservice. It will be very helpfull to be able to put other type like 'Fixed value', arithmetics, indexes,... (like when we are in assignation box for exemple). Somes webservices needs a lot of parameters, most of time it's just a fix parameters like name, ect. When you have many and many parameters to put, it's long to have to declare each parameter as global variable for just put a fixed value, just in order to put it on…

  18. workflow notifications in history

    DocuWare Workflow History on a document shows emails on a reassign of a task but it does NOT show any email activity when a task has notification enabled to send an email to the assigned user of a task. History absolutely needs to include an entry when a task notification email is sent as one of the automated activities.

  19. Configurar a nivel de WF que los formularios de fusión puedan ser bloqueados para evitar su modificación

    Contar con la posibilidad que los formularios de fusión puedan ser bloqueados por medio de WF, para evitar su modificación, esto ayudara mucho para el envio automatico de información a clientes, sin la posibilidad de que puedan modificar el PDF enviado, y a la misma vez que algún usuario modifique el documento dentro del repositorio.
