    Sería muy útil habilitar una especie de consola del sistema, abierta permanentemente a usuario, donde nos apareciera un aviso de la aparición de nuevas tareas en el sistema. Una especie de "cartel" con indicación de nuevas tareas pendients

  2. Improve error notification in a task activity validation tab.

    The validation tab will give you an error when configuring it incorrectly however if you rename the activity or rename fields then the validation gets broken. You can save the task and publish the workflow without a notification that the validation is broken. This causes an error when the user tries to confirm the task.

  3. Provide a section to enter comments when publishing a workflow.

    A comments section when publishing a workflow would be useful for tracking changes made to each version.

  4. fix the workflow designer to recognize when a local data connection has been restored

    First I would like to thank DocuWare for no longer supporting MSSQL versions < 11. I would like to thank DocuWare even more for not letting me know before the update that broke my data connection. Having said that, I got the database updated and the local data connector setup but now all of my workflows that were affected by the data connector being broken need to be fixed. It would be really nice if it would just look and see that oh yeah the data source is there now and use it rather than forcing me to go into…

  7. Improve error notification in a task activity validation tab.

  8. Add the ability to select checkboxes on a fillable document through the workflow

    For example, the document has checkbox fields that need to be marked. The only way I can figure out how to do it is make a field for each checkbox and instruct the users to enter "X" in the text field if they would want it selected.

    currently the user is required to clip documents manually, it would be seamless if documents could be clipped automatically within a workflow so that they could be email as one document

  10. Workflow engine performance reporting tool

    It would be nice if there were a cloud reporting tool that could analyze workflows for performance issues, long running queries, etc. and provide data on how long tasks are taking to complete behind the scenes. This would provide a good snapshot of what is going on under the hood. Currently any performance data or recommendations must come from support.

  11. Workflow: Remove active instances immediately from Tasks if User is removed from a Role

    Workflow: Remove active instances immediately from a user's Tasks if user is removed from a role that is part of the workflow. Currently the active instances that were assigned to the user while they were part of the role stay in the user's Tasks until they are completed.

  12. Change yellow color on worfklow

    Yellow is worthless in a workflow, which means we are even more limited on color choices. Please either give us more color choices, or change yellow to something darker like Orange, that can be read when stamped on a doc in the workflow. Yellow just cannot be seen at all.

    It would be nice to have a comment tool in Workflow where you could draw colored boxes around groups of activity blocks and add tool tips to the blocks that describes what that section of the workflow is doing.

  14. Get email delivery status on mail sent from DocuWare Workflow

    It would be helpful if emails sent from workflow would show the delivery status in workflow history. Currently we can see the recipients but not if the delivery to the recipients was successful.

    It would be nice if the confirm button in a workflow user task could be renamed. I.E. save, update, route, cancel, remove.

  16. calculate rows in table fields in a workflow

    I have users that complete a spreadsheet for daily activities every month. Columns at the end of the row perform calculations on that row. For example calculating the number of times a kid was seen by a therapist. I would like to be able to use a table field and do the calculations in a workflow. My current work around is only available to those with a local or hybrid system and that is to create a view in local sql database and do the calculations in sql.

  18. You need to be able to assign a specific SENDER email address within a workflow

    When setting up a workflow you should be able to choose a sender email address BY WORKFLOW. Example:

    AP invoice workflow send emails from AP@MYCOMPANY.COM
    Order workflow sends emails from ORDERS@MYCOMPANY.COM

    These should be selectable IN THE WORKFLOW

  19. allow workflow administrators to retry errors for all tasks at once.

    Over the weekend I had an issue with my local data connection. Then an autoindex kicked off 200 workflows that requred the LDC and they all puked. So then after I fixed the LDC I had 200 tasks I had to go in to each one and say retry rather than selecting all of them and then retrying them all at once.

  20. Download activity in workflow. Similar to emailing the document

    We need a new activity in the workflow designer. The ability to download a file to a UNC path or FTP site, in original format, PDF with or without annotation.

    Example: After DocuWare has processed, and users have approved it in a workflow, the document needs to be saved externally to be ingested into another system. common for lawyers and court systems, also banking applications.
