Document Sections
It would be nice if it was possible to make divisions within a file (i.e. in Personnel Documents you can have sections that can be sorted by items like absences or applications).

Allow Document Name field be populated even if the field is not visible
Currently Index field which is set as DocumentName is populated with the filename being stored ONLY the field is visible in the store dialog,
This should be happening even if the field is not visible. There is really no need for the user to see the field, but it still needs to be populating.9 votesThank you for your idea. add previous week day (work day) to the document store date dropdown
gives you the ability to email yourself a report of document types from the previous day/ previous workday.

Allow field masks in web client stamps to have automatic placeholders like the thick client. Customers do not want to manually type characters such as "-" and "#".

Store and seach dialog
I suggest you make store and seach dialogs possible to copy to other file cabinets, because the prosses with ordering the fields is MASSIVE! If you have 50 Field for example, all the pressing on left mouse key is hurting my finger ;)

It would be nice if there would be a total of all the pages in the document tray.

Expand the Keep Entries dialog to the field level so that users can store multiple documents of similar type
It looks like DocuWare 6.6 allows users to Keep Entries in the Windows Explorer store dialog in a way that the File Name field changes with each file. The web client does not function in the same way (i.e. if Keep Entries is checked, then all fields will be remain the same. Could you make Keep Entries more modular/precise by having a check box next to each field so that users could choose which entries they want to keep and which they'd like to input different values? I mostly think users would like to uncheck the File Name field and…

Our customers have to have the Placeholder function of the Field Masks included in the Web Client
According to your FAQ #1858, Because of technical reasons it is not possible to display in Web Client placeholders in fields with field masks. Only in Windows Client placeholders can be displayed.
A large portion of our customer base is comprised of County Clerk’s Office within the State of Indiana. The primary field that they use to look up documents is a 24-character Cause Number, which includes numbers and letters separated by dashes in a state-defined format. A store dialog with only pre-indexing option in Web Client
A store dialog with only pre-indexing option is not working when you try to use this dialog with a document in the web basket.
this option was available with previous releases 5.1 C SP1&SP2,
We would like to see this feature returned starting v6.1 and above
To figure out the need of this option,this is an example of production environment:
